We got an early morning start to our second day in Taipei, Taiwan. It was a lot of fun navigating the streets of this amazing city. The public transit was very clean, reliable, and affordable. Taipei is home to some of the coolest temples we have seen so far, including the actual residence of Confucius! Lucky for us, our visit married up perfectly with the Lunar New Year and we had the unique opportunity to have our wishes drawn out in the form of beautiful calligraphy.

Left Foot Dance of the Yi People 2 - Greenlake Park in Kunming - June 26, 2016

This is a regular song and dance gathering of the Yi people in a public park in Kunming, Yunnan Province. Three different large circles were going simultaneously, each with their own melodies and leading musicians. I was told these are Yi people from adjacent Chuxiong County who now reside in Kunming. Chuxiong is known as one of heartlands of Yi culture in Yunnan Province. Their most characteristic instrument is the octagonal and colorful xian zi, which simply means the strings.

開闊的臺東森林公園距離臺東市僅幾分鐘車程，沿著馬亨亨大道即可到達，是一處令人流連忘返的公園，沒有過多的人工造景，觸目所及盡是讓人心情舒暢的自在氛圍。滿是綠意的臺東森林公園，非常適合騎著單車悠遊，享受一場與自然共舞的時光。




臺東森林公園舊稱「黑森林」，位於卑南溪出海口，整片區域因防風而種植木麻黃，遠看林相漆黑一片而得名，因位於臺東市郊交通方便，故將黑森林與其周圍整治而成的三座湖泊納入臺東山海鐵馬道的範圍，取名為「臺東森林公園」。

臺東森林公園內設有自行車道，穿越木麻黃林並連接三座湖泊。三座湖分別為地下湧泉形成的「琵琶湖」、原本為沼澤濕地後經過整治的「鷺鷥湖」，與人工興建能夠舉辦各項水域及鐵人競賽活動的「活水湖」。三座湖泊與木麻黃林形成完整的河口海濱濕地生態，物種十分豐富。

臺東森林公園約位於臺東山海鐵馬道順時針方向13至19公里處，從防汛道路進入並與臺東海濱公園接壤，可沿防汛道路前行或轉進森林公園內，鐵馬道沿途經過防風林與三座湖泊，可以飽覽自然生態與美麗風景，十分值得前往。

「苗栗縣公館國中100學年度音樂班成果發表會」_21秦川抒懷_笛子獨奏：鄭昭聖、鋼琴伴奏：劉宇雯。 One Day Celebrate Christmas concert - 21 Qin River expresses feelings - Chinese bamboo flute music performed by Zheng Zhaosheng, piano accompaniment by Liu Yuwen, and composed by Ma Di.
1981年馬迪作曲，秦川泛指今陜西、甘肅秦嶺以北的八百里平川地帶。樂曲取材於陜西戲曲 '' 碗碗腔 '' ，描寫對欣欣向榮的錦繡秦川的讚美之情。此曲以笛子的演奏技法，模仿板胡壓弦與滑音的效果，使樂曲倍添情趣，也形成西北笛派高亢、激昂又富有抒詠性的特色。
樂曲首先是描述面對鳥語花香錦繡秦川的激動心情的引子。接著第一段是慢板，呈現戲曲韻味濃郁的讚歌，開始弱奏，然後不斷起伏，加大力度對比。然後第二段轉為快板，熱情奔放，強調力度對比，盡情抒發、強弱變化鮮明。最後一段舒展壯闊，顯示秦川人民對更美好未來的熱切追求。
西北黃土高原有惡劣的環境，卻也是中華文化發祥地之一，艱困的生活孕育出激揚、豪放的音樂文化，聽秦腔音樂常令人熱血沸騰。板胡的大揉弦（壓弦及滑音），源自戲曲唱腔，成為西北音樂的演奏特色，連笛子也模仿這種風格，由馬迪先生首次在本曲中使用揉音，使得樂曲倍添情趣。
