In this vlog: When you plan to go to the most visited attraction in Japan and want the freedom to shoot videos and photos uninterrupted then you wake up early. 5 o clock to be exact. We go to the Fushimi Inari Shrine, I fall in love with Japan once again, climb to the top of the mountain. We make our way back to town to visit the Imperial palace but our luck struck again and it was closed for a couple of days. So we go to the Kinkaku-ji Temple , or the Golden temple as it is more commonly known. Phew we've done quite a lot and its only 2 pm so we head for our favorite food -Ramen. Lastly we have the famous Kakigōri dessert and smoked iced tea.
We end the night with some souvenir shopping. Just watch the video to find out more!

↪ P.S.: If you hate zoo environments or any sort of animal enclosure no matter if the conditions are well and good (as per what I witness during my visit), I suggest that you don’t visit this place or it will make you uncomfortable. As for me, I just try to keep an open mind; plus, I don’t immediately shun every animal park, especially if the animals are well-cared for (unless it's otherwise — do let me know). If it helps to note, foxes are one of the few animals who don’t suffer any type of stress when under captivity — but of course, I do know that it's ideal to rather let them be in the wild...
Yet again, their chances of survival in the wild is very slim especially with today's times. Looking at the facts, a fox in the wild has an average life span of 2-4 years only because of diseases, hunting practices and road accidents; but in places like this Fox Village, they can live up to 14 years. (Besides, you cannot imagine the number of people who would ‘kill’ for fox fur, nor the number of people who do fox hunting for fun/sport like the UK for example).

Japan Narita Transit and Stay Tour- Free English Tour of Naritasan Temple & Omotesando
I've been wanting to do this video forever since I first chanced upon the free Narita Transit tours offered at the Narita airport back in 2017. However back then most of my layovers were 3-4 hours and I stayed inside the airport gate area and could not leave past immigrations.
This video guide and semi review is about my experience on the Narita-san and Shinsho Ji Temple tour which is Tour 1 option of the Narita Transit and Stay Program.
This is best used if you have a long layover between 8 AM- 5 PM or if you are a tourist staying at the nearby hotels close to Narita Airport.
Between 2018 and 2019 I purposely made 2 long layover trips in Japan en-route to the Philippines with me leaving the airport either from Haneda to Narita or ttaying overnight in Narita at the capsule hotel during a 21hour layover- to be able to do the free tour and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made.
So, what is the Narita Transit & Stay Tour? This is a program offered by Narita Airport for people with long daytime layovers of over 6+ hours or for tourist staying close around the airport hotels. These are English guided tours by a Japanese local to 5 tour spots such as Naritasan Temple, Sakae Town and Tako Town. They also offers self guided tours to nearby malls and markets by using the available free shuttle or trains.
Though the tour itself is free, please make sure to have Japanese cash available for your train ticket, shopping money and meal which you will use during the tour.
For first timers, I really suggest to do the Naritasan & Shinshoji Temple tour especially if you have 4 hours to spare. You can book and reserve your spot at or do first come-first serve by arriving at the airport booth at 9:00 AM.

MAJOR HAMSTER vs MUMMY - Pyramid TREASURE HUNT
Major hamster is on a treasure hunt again!After few days of running through the jungle, he finally spots something! A tiny pyramid! But it turns out to be a giant 5-level maze with traps! In fact, this pyramid is called The End of Journey! There's a great treasure hidden somewhere inside it but it's also full of dangerous traps. No one knows where the treasure is... No one has ever come alive out of it... An old legend about this pyramid says that a terrifying creature defends its precious stones and gold. What do you think, is Major Hamster gonna find the treasure and escape?
PLEASE NOTE that our hamster was not under any pressure, while filming this, whatsoever. Major Hamster loves to overcome any sort of obstacles, spin the wheel and he’s very curious and adventurous. We take very good care of our actors, so the hamster was not in any danger while filming. Major Hamster was awarded with many treats after filming.
