Jan De Nul Group - Prins Hendrik Sand Dike (The Netherlands)
We were awarded one of the biggest dike reinforcement operations in the Netherlands. As the Wadden Sea is a natural monument, with u unique fauna and flora, we had to meet several ecological conditions. Between July 2018 and January 2019, our TSHD Bartolomeu Dias will dredge 5.5 million m³ of sand for the new safety dune and connected nature area. In future, residents of Texel will be able to live, work and relax safely on the island.

In het Drentse Orvelte wordt dit weekend het Pitch&Putt Dutch Open gehouden. De beste Pitch&Putt spelers van de wereld spelen mee. Ook Ierland is met een sterke afvaardiging vertegenwoordigd. In Ierland is de sport Pitch&Putt groter dan voetbal. Ter voorbereiding op de Dutch Open willen de Ierse spelers op zoveel mogelijk banen spelen in Nederland. Donderdag speelden zij bij de Pitch&Putt Golfvereniging Zuiderburen. GPTV was er bij.
