Here's a quick video from our river climbing adventure in Moalboal, Cebu. In this one, Shannon, Dustin and I all jump from a ledge into a nice pool about 15 feet below. The end of the video is mostly dark since we had to swim into a cave like overhang to climb out of the pool.

Every second of this adventure is precious and haunting and I would really recommend to do this activity by the end of your trip (if you are planning an escapade in Cebu) it saves you from spoiling all the fun of your well... escapade, that's how good and memorable this is for us. I feel bad for some who didn't get to enjoy canyoning as much as we do because they're too afraid to jump so I would suggest that you really jump out of your comfort zone because some cliffs can be quite daunting for first timers (like us) but hey we didn't travel all the way here and just be half-hearted so I'd say go hard or go home. Release your inner maniac and get high.
