Wasted Amongst Reality Protest and survive 1985
Obscure anarchopunk band from Whitby, North Yorkshire. This is taken from their Please don't feed the missiles demo, recorded in 1984. Wasted Amongst Reality played rather tuneful and dark mid-paced punk-rock but still covered Discharge's Protest and survive, turning it into a genuine anarcho hit with added spoken parts and the typical tribal drumming. Brilliant.
