Jorge Efrain BRAVO SALGADO waiting BUS for VALPARAISO MAH01036
JORGE EFRAIN BRAVO SALGADO on a
TRAYECTORY from VINA to VALPARAISO
by a BUS.
WITH a TIMING on FROM WHERE to
WHERE the TUNNEL that I SUGGEST
IMPACT that ARLEGUI STREET!
I ASK to DRIVER to seat at CO-PILOT seat
for FILMING a little short view on travel
to VALPARAISO. This start at VINA del
MAR city and WE see CALLE ARLEGUI,
CALLE VON SCHROEDERS, CALLE
VIANA ALVAREZ, until WE REACH
AVENIDA ESPANA. THE numbers or
FORCED TURNS at a corner EXPLAIN
the need of this tunnel. ON a MAP
you can mesure is around 600 meters
tunnel THAT could be builded
UNDER Cerro CASTILLO and
I say to driver REQUEST to BE
TOTALLY WATER PROOF!.
The FEAR on DRIVER was THAT
IF there is a tunnel, RELATION
to WATERS, what could happen!
IS a NATURAL fear at a SOCIETY
that is FARMER side FOUNDED!
IF this question hypothesis was
a question for Japanesses engeeners
as they are a FISHERMEN society THEY
HAVE NO FEAR on SEAS, and fact they
have SUFFERED worst tsunamis
at history have PREPARED all
mentalities to answer to waters
and to BUILD WATER PROOF!
WITHOUT change SENS on
Calle ARLEGUI the 600 mts. TUNNEL then
dissolve TACOS-ATOCHAMIENTOS! A Sugest
that I suppose need TIME and MONEY for be
builded BUT is MORE a LOGICAL SOLUTION.
CURIOUSLY, AT MY OWN ACCOUNTABILITY
that I HAVE KEEPED all MY BUS TICKETS and
SINCE my first mouv BY BUS at VALPARAISO BAY
-I comes to CHILE 1st TIME at DECEMBER 2004 &
stay here during some days at 2005, after travel
to some cities at AMERICA and JAPAN & at 2006
returned to EUROPA, from where I return to CHILE
definitly in JUNE 2008, so is also old tickets..-
Travels FROM VINA to VALPARAISO often, this is
my 65 ticket!
AS my returns from VALPARAISO are often by METROVAL
I have also tickets of each payments I have done
at METRO and there 46 tickets! I suppose if there
was more METRO LINES that MY OWN STADISTICs
could have change here. 65 to 46 is NOT a BASEBALL
GAME score, cause THE METROVAL can be 46x2 : 92
by the fact THE PAYMENT only consider one entry.
THE POINT on DO a TUNNEL that MUST be WATER
PROOF is alike WHAT EXIST in NEW YORK I think is
HOLLAND TUNNEL, THAT JOIN MANHATTAN to
NEW JERSEY, I HAVE BEEN THERE some DAYS
and THE TAXI TRANSPORTER for NEW ARK
AIRPORT where I must took a KLM airplane
to BARCELONA took this tunnel. THAT was a
RAINY day, THE VIDEO is at MY UP LOADS
I do not FILM more THAN the DEPARTURE
on THE TRANSPORTER, but IS SOMETHING
that EXIST, & REQUEST ENGEENERS
perhaps from BOTH SIDE, people that have
BEEN in face of EARTHQUAKE that is what
exist in JAPAN for BE SURE a TUNNEL
could BE WATER PROOF ! THERE is NO
FOULS SUGGESTION at MY VIDEOS !
AND the fact the DRIVER FEAR WATERs
is NOT PATHOLOGIC is CULTURAL ! These
people have recieved a FARMER education,
theirs healthcare system have been drived
by european & farmer mentalists, THEY FEAR
WATERS by education! THE BUS WAS
taking passenger on direction to CHACABUCO
street in VALPARAISO, and I stop before at
around BARON METROSTATION for film
TORRE DEL RELOJ that is a MONUMENT
ABANDONNED by HISPANICS for be too
mush british RED BRICKs! SO they Surrounded
that BY HIGHROADS and YELLOW or
ORANGE BUSES and BLUE METROVAL
METRO LINE ! THE others pictures I think
I am going to up loaded after. IS not same
problem. AN OLD CLOCK TOWER that seems
old LONDONIAN at VALPARAISO this is not
same problem. HERE is still VINA del MAR
city ! IS FROM central road ARLEGUI to
a Avenida ESPANA BORDER!
PROCESSING that SAME TRAYECTORY
by a 600 meters TUNNEL is an URBAN
City Council QUESTION.

VALPARAISO - CHILE. Drone Aerial Footage - DJI Phantom 4 Drone Flying Over The City in 4k
Valparaíso is a major city, seaport, and educational center in the county or commune of Valparaíso, Chile. Greater Valparaíso is the second largest metropolitan area in the country. Valparaíso is located northwest of Santiago and is one of the South Pacific's most important seaports. Valparaíso is the capital of Chile's third most populated administrative region and has been the headquarters for the Chilean National Congress since 1990.
Valparaíso played an important geopolitical role in the second half of the 19th century, when the
city served as a major stopover for ships traveling between the Atlantic and Pacific oceans by crossing the Straits of Magellan. Valparaíso mushroomed during its golden age, as a magnet for European immigrants, when the city was known by international sailors as Little San Francisco and The Jewel of the Pacific. In 2003, the historic quarter of Valparaíso was declared a United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) World Heritage Site.
Notable features include Latin America's oldest stock exchange, the continent's first volunteer fire department, Chile's first public library, and the oldest Spanish language newspaper in continuous publication in the world, El Mercurio de Valparaíso.
The second half of the twentieth century was unfavorable to Valparaíso, as many wealthy families abandoned the city. The opening of the Panama Canal and reduction in ship traffic dealt a serious blow to Valparaíso’s port-based economy. However, over the past 15 years, the city has staged a recovery, attracting artists and cultural entrepreneurs who have set up in the city's
hillside historic districts. Today, many thousands of tourists visit Valparaíso from around the world to enjoy the city's labyrinth of cobbled alleys and colorful buildings.
The port of Valparaíso continues to be a major distribution center for container traffic, copper, and fruit exports. Valparaíso also receives growing attention from cruise ships that visit during the South American summer. Most significantly, Valparaíso has transformed itself into a major educational center with four large traditional universities and several large vocational colleges.
The city exemplifies Chilean culture, with festivals every year, and street artists and musicians.

______________________

Jorge Efrain BRAVO SALGADO at a VALPARAISO BAY visit MAH00932
Jorge Efrain BRAVO SALGADO
visiting Street Patricio LYNCH
at CERRO PLAYA ANCHA
VALPARAISO, searching for a Rent at n° 419.
I Appears Un-Shave & very Bad-night
charged on Nerves, that arrives sometimes...
During my search for the point, that is an
adress that have been gived to me by
De La Fuentes & Christina Corredoras,
I try to reminds PERSONs around
that name that I have encount in my
life & I say some names.
I suppose that was a Boat Sailor for have its
name in Cerro Playa Ancha, cause there is
there many Navals Schools! But around LYNCH
Patricio, after some David LYNCH movie maker,
or more precisely BEFORE, I remind have been
living at LYNCH NORTE street in SANTIAGO at
n° 373 in a House behind a House in 1980-1981.
Second name I remind is a good friend on my
school years in FRANCE at BOBIGNY named
Patrice BOULARD & was from MARTINICA
island but, last Time I knew about him, he
was working at HOPITAL AVICENNE
a MUSLIM area at PARIS SUBURBs.
I remind to have meet after, during my University
degrees years at SAINT-DENIS city, a very
gorgeous smily girl called Patricia COULON
at UNIVERSITE PARIS 8, that is very well
known at ARTS in PARIS cause there-s a lot
of AESTHETICS teached there & she was
studying THEATER! That was 2 firsts names
associated to the idea, that I remind here when
I walk. At that years in FRANCE we take care
on CHILE presidency when D.C. Party Patricio
AYLWIN win election after Augusto PINOCHET.
I was not here in CHILE to knew what happen
then. I suppose cause he was Christian-Demo-
crate that he have invested in Schools type that
who is in corner at beginning of my walk. When
I arrive to CHILE in my region called V Region I
knew there-s a D.C. politician called Patricio or
Ignacio WALKER that-s a little bit too arrogant
to never have been someone that I could heard
when he is showed on TV!
SO at my readings on D.C. is for sure axial
kind of names, they must have a Saint or
something on that style... My problem with
names, I have worked at french library B.N.F.
from dec.1996 to dec.2004 & firsts years there
was a guy called Patrice SALSA, 6th, also very
tall, that was working there, & I never talk with
him, except 1 time in a BUS he was at same BUS
transportation from TOLBIAC PARIS 13° to PARIS
5° GARE D-AUSTERLITZ, SO I talk one time
in 8 years with that guy, who finish by work
as Cultural Secretary at ITALIA embassy in
ROMA for VILLA MEDICIS, but as he was
GAY & HEAD-Officer of CONTROLLERS-
BUREAU at GALLICA B.N.F. lesbian -I'm HETERO-,
we never EVER socialize... But of course, my chief
& him was same other-gender, at same 7th floor
at TOURS des TEMPS office, not talk to him
was alike NOT really TRUST my Chief too.
At another level in another Tower, TOUR des
NOMBRES there was a MARTINIQUE man, 7th,
called Patrick PARICARD & that was a INVENTAIRE-
BIBLIOTHECAIRE, so it arrive we work together
in CATALOGUEs of OLDs BOOKS, but that was
professional level colleagues Pats.
I see Patricia JANNIOT on CNN TV, 8th.
In music exist Patty SMITH & at GUNS SMITH &
Something, but I am not specialist on these cases.
I do only remind these Pats. & even could have a
concern on fact this street seems very clean at
beginning but very poor dirty Hot square at end.
Burned house at other extrem, at ARGOMEDO
street is opposit urbanism. Cause Ave. PLAYA
ANCHA give an impress, if we are on BUS,
that is a clean sector & when we walk INSIDE
P.LYNCH street, that start to seems abandoned
macros-proxenets area at some parts, with
BUS lines crossing at SAN PEDRO street &
many cables at SKY!
Mount CERRO PLAYA ANCHA must have
its names cause of this sector area. Stylistic
of Lights in streets seems to re-call an urban
draw on these 2 streets P. LYNCH with
S. PEDRO, & seems to be same idea over
PLAZA SOTOMAYOR square lights style.
As I also have a brother called Pedro
this ad to a feeling of DEJA-VU.
BUT these places & place that I was
going to visit desillusionize me. That
feel of youngs School population start
to becomes something a little bit
HARASSMENT when a DOG start to
follow me in street. I have my idea on
Abandonned-Animals that kind, who
seems TO ACT under COMMAND. I
suppose CHURCHS ORGANISE some
MIRACULOUS CHOREOGRAPHY
EVENTs with THEM. Is a shame,
DOG start to walk with 3 foots
instead of 4. I was thinking is
it SCHOOL at BEGINNING at P.LYNCH
Street doing an EXERCICE on BIO-
AUTOMATICS TECHNOLOGY?. I am
NOT FAN on ANIMALS SOCIETIES, nor
on SAUCES-in-food, NOR on PATCHOULI & I do
NOT heard Patty SMITH too! SO I ALERT
at VINA del MAR my council MAYOR,
Virginia REGINATO on that fact, DOGS
in STREETs give a feeling of being living
in a CANIL-CITY & not at a GARDEN-CITY.
She answer me that is a Fact she have
attention over that too.
BUT in VALPARAISO is alike some UN-TOUCH-
ABLES COWS. You know HINDOUS-
INDIANS they have sort of SACRED
view on COWs! if a COW cross your road
in INDIA, they can NOT push that out of
ways. VALPARAISO DOGs is that kind.
