This transit capsule hotel at KLIA2, offers a budget-friendly accommodation option for passengers with a long transit in Kuala Lumpur between their flights. The interior is sleek with a freight theme; amenities provided suffice for a short stay. It is great that lockers provided for guests can fit in even rather large luggages. There is a small storage compartment, a mirror, as well as a universal plug for charging electronics in each individual capsule. With just a pull-down blind for privacy however, it can get rather noisy (remember to request earplugs from the hotel staff).

When we flew from Chiang Mai back to Melbourne we had a stopover in Kuala Lumpur for about nine hours. So we decided to break up the monotony by spending three hours in the AirAsia Premium Red Lounge on the mezzanine level, near the food court.
The lounge is 79 ringgit for three hours and it is totally worth the money. It is a great way to get out of the chaos and noise of the rest of the airport, especially if you need to get some work done, want to take a shower, or just would like to nap in a more secure environment. Food and drinks are free (with the exception of alcohol). Also if you are travelling business class with AirAsia, you get three hours of complementary lounge time. You can also get 10 ringgit off if you book ahead of time.
When I am next in Kuala Lumpur I will definitely be using this lounge again!

Amazing KLIA2 international arrival gates
The klia2 airport's Arrival Hall is located at Level 2 of the klia2 Main Terminal Building. It is the final stop for all passengers on Domestic Arrivals and International Arrivals. At the Arrival Hall, you will go through the immigration check, collect your luggage, shop for duty-free goods, and then clear the customs checkpoint to exit. Once you exit the Arrival Hall, you can then go to the attached gateway@klia2 mall for transportation to the city.
