3 Rockwood Lane, Gloucester Massachusetts
Some say that Lanesville, the northern most part of Gloucester, is a special place. And this neighborhood exemplifies that specialness. That, and this home has a special feeling all its own. Set on just over 16,000 square feet of level land, there is plenty of room for gardens and enjoyment of the outdoors. Do you constantly talk about getting away? That's what this place feels like. Imagine getting away every day. And it's not far from Lane's Cove and Plum Cove Beach. Or, is a second home in your future - one that you can retire to someday? Rent it out for some time in the summer to support the cost of owning it. Recently refurbished from head to toe by the original owner/builder, you can move right it and make it your own. Don't let this one get away!
10 Andrews Street, Lanesville, Gloucester, MA
Gloucester, MA - This home has views out to Ipswich Bay and is witness to the best sunsets in the world over Lane's Cove. A beautifully cared for Victorian, it can be used as a two family with a one bedroom and two baths in the first floor unit and three bedrooms and a bath in the second unit. Both have large decks overlooking the manicured grounds where there's enough space for a pool or a volleyball court. Nicely planned mature plantings and walkways from the house to the edge of the water. Easy access to the Cove for swimming or boating and downtown Lanesville is steps away. Plum Cove Beach isn't far from this home and there is a toddler playground just up the street. Because of its layout, the house is nicely suited to be used by members of the same family with separate living spaces, but also works well as a single with plenty of spaces to accommodate different age levels. Floor plans available. $648,000

Diving in Massachusetts can be challenging... Underwater vlog
Teaching drysuit class in Rockport, MA. Diving is challenging in New England for most people so I wanted to show a typical teaching day in Mass. Class went well after we got in the water. Slow start though! Police show up at the 4 min mark and tell me I need a permit to dive in Rockport! haha Still got in the water! Cool cops! FYI students are all veterans in a (veteran) drysuit class, some are still active law enforcement! Thanks for everything you guys do!!!!
