Baileyville, Maine - Family Fishing Day 2014 was a big success. Between 200 and 250 people came out to join us. We cooked and ate 360 hot dogs. The kids caught some fish and won prizes and got out of the house for the day. Thank you all that donated, helped and attended. You helped create memories for young and old alike. This little Maine village stands tall in community pride. Baileyville Police Chief Bob Fitzsimmons we applaud you. Location: Pocomoonshine Lake
Any person, except those whose license has been revoked or suspended, may fish on Saturday, February 15 and Sunday February 16 2014 without a license. All other fishing regulations apply.
For many ice anglers, ice fishing derbies and tournaments are a fun way to spend the day ice fishing. There are many ice fishing derbies being held throughout the state this weekend.
