Sechelt Rapids with Sea Servant
Sechelt rapids is a favorite destination for extreme kayaking. Tidal flow runs up to 14 knots, leaving rapids similar to rivers during a flood tide. Ebb tides create large whirlpools. Located near the small town of Egmont, B.C. along Jervis Inlet. Jervis Inlet is a 45 mile long fjord. August 2013.
