How to get from Zeebrugge to Bruges
I was lucky enough to visit Bruges on my last cruise. It is such an interesting place, made up primarily of, cobbled streets, market squares, and historic buildings. I would definitely recommend a visit if you ever get the chance!

Watching the ships go in at the Belgian port of Zeebrugge
As we idly stood near a bridge in Zeebrugge, Belgium, looking at the ocean while we were on vacation, bells started ringing, the traffic bridge began to lift, and ships began sailing past us. It was quite a sight for two women from the landlocked Canadian Prairies.

New means at Belgian port to stop illegal migrants
(9 Sep 2019) New technology, such as a scanner for trucks, is being put in place by police in the Belgian port of Zeebrugge to prevent illegal migrants crossing from Belgium to the UK.
Belgian Minister of the Interior, Pieter De Crem, said the scanners will act as a deterrent for people who are trying to reach the UK, having refused to apply for asylum in Belgium, as well as people facilitating this journey.
He said the prospect of a no-deal Brexit meant more migrants trying to reach the UK.
Our port infrastructures like the one in Zeebrugge is used as a kind of bridge, a possible bridge to get to the United Kingdom, De Crem said.

Zeebrugge - a new magnet for migrants?
Belgium is feeling the impact of Europe's migrant crisis - with some people heading to Zeebrugge, to try and smuggle themselves on ferries bound for Britain.
Belgian police do not want to see a repeat of Calais. More than 450 migrants have reportedly been stopped in the Zeebrugge port area over the past month.

HOWTO: Zeebrugge Cruise Port to Bruges City Center with Cruise Express (return shuttle service)
Arriving at the Zeebrugge Cruise Terminal and want to visit Bruges doesn't have to be a big struggle. This instructional video explains you step by step how to get from your cruise ship in Zeebrugge to the meeting point of our shuttle service. A video just says more than a thousand words.
The Cruise Express shuttle service is literally the easiest and most comfortable way to get from Zeebrugge Cruise Terminal to Bruges and back.

HEADQUARTER LOCATION
You will find our headquarter and our buses at a short walking (50m) distance from the Cruise Terminal exit. The port authorities provide a free port shuttle from your cruise ship to the terminal. When you exit this building, turn left twice. At the opposite of the road you will see our Cruise Express headquarter and our friendly staff.

SCHEDULE
One day prior to the arrival of your cruise ship we receive the exact arrival and departure hours. You can find the return schedule on our website.
Return schedule:
In the morning, our shuttles from Zeebrugge to Bruges starts from 08h30 until 12h00 (noon), minimum every half hour.
In the afternoon, depending on the departure of your cruise ship, we have seven times you can travel back from Bruges to Zeebrugge.
There is absolutely no need to book a specific time slot.
