Victoria Surfing Powlett [Australia]
When the waves of the ocean pass us by, we realise that a brief moment of opportunity also has. This is a perfect reflection of many missed opportunities. It is not a matter of making the most of every opportunity, but engaging with the moment that has passed.
Efforts aren't measured with reward, they are measured against commitment and commitment comes from dedication to the personal core, that of mind, body and soul. A saturated core can overflow into and onto the path of others.

Powlett River Caravan Park Desalination plant
Powlett River is a short stream of water running near Wonthaggi, Dalyston and Kilcunda. Access to the Mouth Of The Powlett River is via a signed road a few kilometers South West of Dalyston or North East of Kilcunda on the Bass Coast Highway.
Only a short drive from the highway, you can often see native animals grazing by the side of the road. It's a pleasant place to go for bush walks and take photographs - at any time of year, though it would be advised to rug-up in the winter months.
Government said the location has the least environmental and planning concerns.

Mouth Of the Powlett - Bass Coast
It's a great place to swim, walk,, surf, camp and just observe nature. The mouth is constantly moving, blocking up with sand or rising and going out with the tides and floods. You'll find black swans, spoonbills, hooded plovers, ibis, and many more birds here. Enjoy and take your rubbish away with you.
