Importance of Wellness
Recently Workout.lk in partnership with Colombo City Centre organized another inspiring panel talk which featured an interesting and diverse set of panelists focusing on wellness.
Sukanya Wignaraja, Anja Meixner, and Mei Flynn - each having a wealth of experience in their domain, they shared their unique insights.
The panelists included Sukanya Wignaraja a counselor and coach with 20 years experience, who has worked in the UK, Philippines and Japan and is now based in Colombo. She has a Masters in Social Work from Oxford University, UK and is a Certified Solution Focused Therapist and Coach (CCPC).
Anja Meixner
With a 20 year professional background in international hospitality and spa management, Anja is now following her calling to assist the self, soul and earth as a Craniosacral therapist, Reiki Master and Yoga Teacher. Anja’s entrepreneurial process management skills have been vital in creating Prana Lounge - a holistic health center in Colombo.
Mei Flynn
Originally from Wales, but now a digital nomad living in Sri Lanka. She has 25 years experience in the health & wellness industry. She trained as a registered nurse and then later moved on to helping people using a more holistic approach. She's a Metaphysical Counsellor/Facilitator and also a Workshop Leader and Coach following the philosophy of Louise Hay.

German producer/DJ Jerome Isma-Ae, also owner of the label Jee-Productions, has such a distinguished sound. It's a rumbling beat with a build up tension that is recognized the second you hear the first drum sample. In 2010, Jerome was named breakthrough artist of the year by the world's number one DJ, Armin Van Buuren. That was a very proud moment. Gareth Emery, Cosmic Gate, and a few other DJ's also voted me as breakthrough artist.
