Hace unos días me encontraba de viaje con Alexandra en la ciudad de Toronto gracias a una invitación que nos hizo el destino para conocer la ciudad y vivir de cerca uno de los eventos más importantes a nivel mundial no sólo para la comunidad gay... Sino para el amor y tolerancia de todas las personas...
LÓGICAMENTE, no podíamos rechazar esa invitación y muy emocionados ya estábamos listos para vivir por primera vez nuestra experiencia en un desfile de orgullo gay.
Como era nuestra primera vez en el desfile, la verdad estábamos muy confundidos sobre como funcionaba la celebración y cada que pasaba una patrulla pensábamos que ya había comenzado... Pero cuando definitivamente supimos que esto ya estaba arrancando fue cuando sin tener idea de que pasaría, de pronto teníamos al primer ministro de Canadá, Justin Trudeau encabezando al primer contingente del desfile y saludando a la gente a tan sólo unos metros de nosotros!!
Fue desde este momento que me di cuenta de la magnitud de este evento y no sólo por lo aparatoso de ver al primer ministro de un país como Canadá a tan sólo unos metros y encabezando el desfile, sino por lo que eso representa para la tolerancia e inclusión de todas las personas en esta sociedad.

This video I filmed of Toronto's Gay Pride Parade 2019 shows how corporate it's become. It is now corporate pride. Radical activists in the parade only show one side of the story. Floats of Canadian banks, unions, companies and more are just there to push a false narratives and advertise to the public. Questionable sexual fetishes advertised in the parade give a bad name to the gay community.
