City Description:
Melbourne is the coastal capital of the southeastern Australian state of Victoria. At the city's centre is the modern Federation Square development, with plazas, bars, and restaurants by the Yarra River. In the Southbank area, the Melbourne Arts Precinct is the site of Arts Centre Melbourne – a performing arts complex – and the National Gallery of Victoria, with Australian and indigenous art.
Melbourne Museum and the Royal Exhibition Building explore city history and culture. The Immigration Museum and the Chinese Museum provide differing cultural perspectives on local settlement, while Old Melbourne Gaol offers insight into 19th-century prison life. A major shopping destination is Queen Victoria Market, a Victorian-era building with food stalls. The city’s 19th-century laneways and shopping arcades are lined with cafes, galleries and boutiques. The riverside Royal Botanic Gardens shelter 10,000-plus plant species, and Yarra Park is home to the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
Weather and Events:
Most visitors arrive during summer (Dec–Mar) when popular events include the Australian Open tennis finals (Jan) and the LBGT-focused Midsumma Festival (Jan–Feb). Also drawing crowds are the Moomba arts festival (Mar), known for its parade and carnival; the Royal Melbourne Show (Sep), an agricultural fair; and the Melbourne Festival (Oct), with many free performances. Melbourne's climate is temperate but quite variable, with cool temperatures during winter (Jun–Aug).

Multi Million Dollar Mansion Home Tour In Toorak, Melbourne! | Let Us In ⚡???? S01E20
For this week’s Let Us In Home Tour we’ll take you into a brand new, multi-million dollar mansion in the middle of Toorak. This massive home is unlike any other home that we’ve sneaked inside before! It is luxurious, sophisticated, and grand in every sense and every corner! If that sounds like your cup of tea, you’re in for a treat. Shall we go inside?
From the outside, this home is absolutely stunning. But once you get inside, you’ll surely be at a loss for words. Greeting you at the entrance is a massive timber door, which opens up to an incredibly phenomenal curved wall that leads you through the first living area. I said first because this three-level home got multiple, full-sized formal living areas scattered across different floors. Luxurious elements are very much present in all communal areas; from the living room’s furniture and decors, that amazing couch which is definitely one of the cosiest and comfiest seats I’ve ever sat in, to the cheeky ten-seater dining table across the epic-sized kitchen, everything you see in here is just next-level.

Southern Cross Station Info:
Southern Cross railway station (formerly and still colloquially known as Spencer Street station) is a major railway station in Docklands, Melbourne. It is on Spencer Street, between Collins and La Trobe Streets, at the western edge of the central business district. The Docklands Stadium sports arena is 500 metres north-west of the station.
The station is owned, operated and maintained by Infranexus (formerly known as AssetCo), a subsidiary of IFM Investors, under a 30-year lease to 2036 from the Victorian State Government, under a public-private partnership.
The station is the terminus of the state's regional railway network operated by V/Line, The Overland rail service to Adelaide, and NSW TrainLink XPT services to Sydney. It is also served by suburban rail services operated by Metro Trains, being one of five stations on the City Loop, a mostly underground railway that encircles the Central Business District. It is the second busiest railway station in Melbourne's metropolitan network, with 17.091 million passenger movements recorded in 2013/14. This figure excludes V/Line passengers who use the station.
Southern Cross also has a coach terminal underneath the Spencer Outlet shopping complex. Skybus Super Shuttle services to Melbourne Airport and since 2017 to Avalon Airport operate from there, as well as Firefly Express and Greyhound Australia interstate coach services, a coach ran public bus (684) and V/Line coach services to Mildura, Yarram, Mansfield, and other parts of Victoria not served by rail.

South Wharf is an inner suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 2 km south-west of Melbourne's Central Business District. Its local government areas are the Cities of Melbourne and Port Phillip.
South Wharf is a small inner suburb south west from Melbourne's CBD. Perched high above Melbourne (and only about an hour away by car), observe the striking seasons in the beautiful gardens of Olinda, breathe in the fresh country air of one of the highest villages in the Dandenong Ranges.
From postcard-perfect scenery in Olinda's public and private gardens, to spring blooms and crisp summer days to the changing colours of autumn. The Dandenong Ranges Botanic Garden, which contains thousands of rhododendrons, azaleas, camellias and daffodils is a particular prize of the region.
Once the home of Australian master painter Arthur Streeton, Olinda's creative spirit is still alive and kicking with local art galleries and studios like Touchstone Craft Gallery, which sells the works of over 250 Australian master craftspeople.
