The Paranormal Quest Team travels to Dresden, Ohio to investigate one of the state's most famous haunted locations. Prospect Place is a mansion with a history of tragedy and death, as family tragedy plagued the Adam's family. But there is also a history of hope, because the house was used as a major stop on the Underground Railroad. Prospect Place proves to the PQ Team that there is a reason it is known as one of the most haunted places in Ohio.

We were playing around setting this fake wire bird we found on top of the soccer ball to see if we had movement later. We spread the legs to make it ridged and not fall and did a stomp test to make sure. We proceeded downstairs to set up while we had daylight and this happened. If you start listening around 1.48 you will still here us downstairs but will eventually hear creaking/ walking towards the ball. At that point something hit the bird off the top of the ball. When we found it later we tried to debunk but the bird was to stable to just fall off. There were no bats flying up there at the time plus it was still daylight and the camera would have picked it up.
EB5 Vermont - Prospect Place
Prospect Place is an approved EB5 real estate project within the Vermont Regional Center and is currently accepting foreign investment through the EB5 Visa program. The Vermont Regional Center, operated by the state's Agency of Commerce and Community Development (ACCD), provides foreign investors an attractive option for international investment through the EB-5 Visa Program. The largely rural nature of our state means that nearly the entire state qualifies as a targeted employment area. The minimum investment requirement for projects in these designated areas is half the amount required in other areas -- $500,000 US -- making the program more accessible for potential investors.
Old Haunted Trinway Mansion ghost tour
2005 ghost tour thru the old haunted Trinway mansion. At one point all of our batteries died in the basement. Lots of orbs and weird things going on here. I saw orbs flying around, some you couldn't see until a photo was taken. Heard a horse outside by the front of the mansion, there were no horses around us. Located in Ohio, USA. The show ghost hunters taped an episode there. It was also a hide out for the Underground Railroad.

EXPLORING 29 ROOM HAUNTED MANSION **prospect place**
Staying here is something i've wanted to do for the longest time. I've always loved exploring, especially abandoned buildings, but this building in particular is a gem of Ohio. So when i started exploring and filming my explorations, i got a group together and started arranging to go and stay the night. Yes we did have permission to go and stay. This night was one of the most memorable experiences of my life and i'm glad to know that i documented it for you all to see.

The Ohio Ghosthunters Association (TOGA) Presents: Urban Legend Investigations - Episode 1
Here is Episode 1 of our short series of Urban Legend Investigations. Where myself (Laury) and Teresa Banks (our case manager) travel to the Miamisburg Mound and Hill Grove Cemetary to do some urban investigating last summer. We conducted short evp sessions at each location. However we were not able to capture and EVP's at either location. I have to apologize for the wind noise in the background. It was windy at times. Though I tried to reduce it several times it is still audible. Hope you enjoy the video. We plan to do more of these types of short films based on urban legends in Ohio. Our next one will most likely be the Light house at St. Mary's Lake.
