Most people do not breathe air effectively and efficiently and this is the most critical need for a health and wellness. From the day of our birth, we assume we know how to breathe because it is “natural”. ZentsuTM, an adaptation of Watsu, is an important part of Zen harmony Diving. It has been specially designed to release present and hidden tensions in the body that might prevent Scuba Divers and Snorkelers totally immersing themselves in the water world. A number of our scuba divers and snorkelers guests have described the ZentsuTM experience as bringing back the deep and secure memories of the first nine months of life in the womb. The benefits of ZentsuTM are that as we become totally blended with the environment, resistance disappears and we experience a whole new realm of possibilities. When practiced in the pool or the ocean for a just a few minutes of floating and water relaxation exercises, it is particularly beneficial for rapid relaxation and body alignment.

Después de la frustrante inmersión de Puri Jati (que a la postre daría para hacer otro buen video) salimos corriendo al Noroeste de Bali hacia la isla de Menjangan, allí en el Mimpi Menjangan Resort montamos nuestro siguiente campamento.
Rápidamente al agua del Canal entre las dos islas, Bali y Menjangan, aguas claras y llenas de vida, con muros y bajos para bucear a placer.
Fue corta, porque ya preparábamos la siguiente: el Mandarín Fish, que sale a “celebrar” sobre las 5,30, a la puesta del sol, así que debíamos darnos prisa.
No se puede ver más y tan bonito, en tan poco tiempo. Disfrutad de estas aguas y sus criaturas.

Setelah perjalanan yg melelahkan, kami akhirnya tiba di tujuan kami di The Menjangan Resort di Taman Nasional Bali Barat. Sungguh pengalaman liburan yg asyik karena kami menginap di tengah hutan. Anak-anak sangat terkesan dengan suasana hijau, dan seringkali kami bertemu dengan satwa-satwa hutan di sana. Selamat menyaksikan!

왕궁이자 수상 가옥인 이 건축물은 1700년대 중반, 과거 롬복을 통치하던 발리인이 만든 것입니다. 경치 좋은 서부 해안을 따라 마타람에서 북쪽으로 이동하면 셍기기 비치가 나옵니다. 이 여유로운 리조트 타운은 롬복의 다른 모습을 볼 수 있는 완벽한 장소입니다.
바투 볼롱 사원의 힌두교 탑에서 예를 차린 뒤 아래로 내려와 현지 가족들과 물놀이를 즐겨 보세요. 해 질 녘 태양이 바닷속으로 저물듯 셍기기에서는 모든 것이 멈춥니다. 행선지를 옮길 때가 되면 내륙의 북쪽 도로를 따라 원숭이로 가득한 산악 지대의 푸숙 공원 산책로에 들어서 보세요. 몇 마일 더 가면 탄중 마을이 보입니다.
