If you're in Xi'an to see the Terracotta Warriors, taking an extra day to explore Huashan is ABSOLUTELY worth it! It's one of the Five Great Mountains in China that have religious significance in Taoism. The signature look for the mountain is its tan/beige rock, covered in green. Aside from that, it's known for its Plank Walk - one of the most dangerous climbs in the world. Knowing China though, it's actually extremely safe to keep tourists coming.
