Shaolin Temple - Training Kung Fu in China | part 1/2
This is the story of three Dutch Kung Fu disciples, who went to the legendary Shaolin Temple and found an adventure. They trained with monks Yan Bi and Yan Feng, they participated in Buddhist rituals, they lost some weight and gained a lot of knowledge. And they met a few new friends along the way.
Join our faithful pilgrims Yan Shao, Yan Lì and Yan Shī on their journey to the heart and origin of Kung Fu in the Shaolin Temple. You'll see some unique hidden gems, such as the Pagoda Forest, amazing acrobatics demonstrations and the ascent on Mount Song.

SONGSHAN SHAOLIN TRADITIONAL WUSHU ACADEMY AND SHIFU SHI YAN JUN
Welcome to learn Traditional Kung Fu in China with authentic monks from Songshan Shaolin Traditional Wushu Academy located inside the Original Shaolin Temple.
The International Liaison Department of the Original Shaolin Temple has authorized us as the ONLY one Martial Arts Academy training center to enroll students from other countries in China Shaolin Temple.
Shifu Shi Yan Jun, the Headmaster of the Academy is the disciple of the current Abbot of the Shaolin Temple, the Venerable Shi Yong Xin. Shifu Yan Jun is 34th Generation Shaolin Warrior Monk and 17th Generation Disciple of Mei Hua Quan, the oldest Martial Art in China.

Yes, this video was made both inside the Shaolin Temple and in the area surrounding it.
2) When can I study at the Shaolin Temple with CK Martial Hearts?
In 2019, CK Martial Hearts is offering two programs, a 10-day program in May (now fully booked) and a 20-day program in September.
3) Who can study at the Shaolin Temple?
Everyone is welcome to apply to study martial arts at the Shaolin Temple. As long as you are reasonably healthy, agree to abide by the laws and regulations of China, respect the teachings and customs of Buddhism and the Shaolin Temple and are willing to dedicate yoursel to training and improving yourself while at the temple, we would be very happy to accept your application.
4) Can women train at the Shaolin Temple?
Women are just as welcome as men to study at the temple.
5) What is the age limit to study at the Shaolin Temple?
To train with CK Martial Hearts at the Shaolin Temple, you must be at least 17 years old, or 14 years old if you are training together with a parent or guardian.
6) How do I apply to train with CK Martial Hearts?
