Mindehøjtidelighed på Rådhuspladsen i Aarhus
På baggrund af terror-handlingerne i København opfordrede Aarhus Byråd byens borgere til at deltage i en mindehøjtidelighed på Rådhuspladsen mandag den 16 feb. Mange tusind var mødt op for at vise respekt for ofrene og udtrykke støtte og opbakning.

Demo Aarhus. Denmark, Danish defense league holds a demonstration in Moelleparken, Aarhus. A counter demonstration, Aarhus for mangfoldighed, is taking part less than 1 kilometre away. Eventually, obviously, the demonstrations clashes.
Some 200 people from the 4000 strong Aarhus for Mangfoldighed demo attacks the 250 members of the danish defense league. 83 people are arrested by police.
Police and News Helicopters patrol the sky and enormous amount of police controls the streets.
The overwhelming majority of citizens stays at home.
Soon it will be spring in Denmark, and hopefully a little bit more peaceful!

Reportage fra dagens Nej til moskeer-demonstration hvor en gruppe fuldblods-nazister heilede og råbte Danmark for danskerne -- udlændinge ud
Det er ikke et nyt trick for organiserede fascister at arrangere demonstrationer under tilsyneladende 'kritiske' eller bekymrede paroler og allerede lang tid før demonstrationen havde antifascister da også påbegyndt arbejdet med at organisere en moddemonstration.
Politiets meget offensive og aggressive fremfærd kom dog bag på en del.

Europa er vores! - Aktion på Rådhuspladsen (Eng subs)
Identitære aktivister var d. 1. juni i aktion i forbindelse med et stort islamisk arrangement på Rådhuspladsen, der fandt sted i anledning af ramadanen. Netop som solen gik ned, og der lød en islamisk bøn smed aktivisterne et stort banner med teksten ”Europa er vores” ud fra en bygning der ligger lige ud til der, hvor folkemængden var forsamlet. Samtidigt holdt en aktivist en tale, som rungede ud over pladsen. Hør talen her.

Aarhus Rådhus fejrer Danmarks EM-triumf i 1992
I år er det 25 år siden, at Danmark vandt europamesterskabet i fodbold. Aarhus Rådhus har netop åbnet en EM 92-udstilling, hvor det ægte EM-trofæ er et af trækplastrene. Danmarks Fodboldmuseum står bag udstillingen. Borgmester Jacob Bundsgaard var en af de første som skulle løfte EM trofæet.
