Prachin Rama Mandir Manikarna Himachal एक और अजीब राम मंदिर
Manikarna or Manikaran is a Pilgrim center for both Sikhs and Hindus. Apart from the Manikarna Sahib Gurudwara of Sikhs there are two important Hindu temples, one Manikarna Mahadev Temple and another Prachin Rama Temple. Both these temples are very ancient and famous.
These pictures show the Prachin Rama Temple. In the temple campus there are Mani Mahadev temple, Raghunath temple, Hanuman temple, Basuki Naga temple and many other temples. Besides there are two hot bathing rooms meant for ladies and gents. Besides there is a langar hall where hundreds of devotees take free prasad on every day.
There is also accommodation facility (sarai ghar) inside Rama temple. The devotees can stay here for a period of maximum three days. Manikarna is a beautiful place about 40 kms from Kullu and 80 Kms from Manali located high on Himalayan mountains.
