HO layout at the Uiwang Korean Railroad Museum, 'The Panorama'
Built in the late 1980's, this HO layout has been the only public layout in South Korea that was modeled after Korean prototypes. Relatively little has changed since the first time I saw it in operation 15 years ago.

The Railroad Museum is located a few blocks SE of the Uiwang metro station, within walking distance (or you could hop a bus to the Korea National Railroad College University). The museum features various materials and items like artifacts and vehicles from the over 100 years of railroad history in Korea, which started with the first miracle on September 18, 1899.
There's also an outdoor exhibit area featuring a real steam engine train, a presidential train, as well as passenger and cargo trains.

Family Fun in Korea | Petting Zoo, Train Museum
Hello my wonderful friends! This time we took a 3-day weekend trip to a hotel called Rolling Hills in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do. We heard it's a nice place for small children or babies so we thought we'd give it a try. They definitely had great amenities for younger kids but we wanted to still adventure outdoors. We visited a small zoo called Aniland. We went to Daebudo as well. And on our way home we stopped by the Railroad Museum in Uiwang. Thinking back now, we did A LOT within just those few days. Hope you enjoy the vlog!

so on this day, march 31st, we went to the gwangmyeong cave in the morning! it was a p #wild experience! two of the workers there thought i was korean and i had to say (in super broken hangul LOL) that i was from the philippines! they replied saying they liked my hair & it made me look pretty (i only understood that part bc of pretty u... thx seventeen lol :--(( )
then we went rail biking! no one in our tour group knew what it was LOL and they all panicked because they thought it was ///ACTUAL biking???? (for a sec i panicked too bc idk how to ride a bike) BUUUT then i remembered in the show it's dangerous beyond the blankets, daniel and co. (LOL I SUCK I FORGOT EVERYONE ELSE'S NAMES) went rail biking and i was like AH ok we good.
after that we rushed to everland! personally, i'm not a big fan of rides LOL...... there were SOOOO many people????? i felt like i was going to a concert huhuhu i feel like i would've enjoyed more if we went earlier when there were not as many people :( but nonetheless, i enjoyed people watching HAHAHAHA plus the pretty flowers were p cool too (and i don't really like flowers....)
we got to back to the area where we were staying at relatively early so we still had time to go and explore myeongdong for about an hour and a half! the stores were suuuuper overwhelming???? because there were so many!!!!!

Uiwang Rail Bike South Korea - อึยวังเรลไลค์ โซลเกาหลีใต้
Uiwang Rail Bike South Korea
This is a Rail Bike. You can enjoy riding this rail bike at Uiwang Park in Gyeongi South Korea. The rail bike is similar to the bike that you have to ride but the rest will be totally different. Rather than 2 wheels, there are 4 wheels. It is traveling on the train track only. You need 4 persons to help you to move this bike by cycling at the same time. The most fun is not only your bike are riding on the track but there are around 10 bikes on same track and start at the same time. If you are the first bike you will be nervous since if you cycling too slow the rest bikes will also slow.
At Uiwang Park, the rail bike will take about 45 minutes per around. If I am not wrong, there are around 700 meters for the track around the big pool.
