A must do for anyone passing through Maydena or Mt Field National Park. You get to exercise and travel on the historic Maydena logging rail line. If you are lucky you will see a Tasmanian Tiger.
1440p - 60fps - stabilisation on. The bumpy bits are when we were peddling furiously trying not to let the quad bike catch up to us.

A DRIVE TO REMEMBER - Tasmania, Australia - DRIVE EVERY DROP
FOLLOW THE FULL EXPRIENCE OF THE ROAD TRIP HERE
I couldn't say goodbye to Australia without taking a look at Tasmania. I've always wanted to visit, and not just because of the Tasmanian devil! Actually, one of the things I had been looking forward to seeing in Australia was - of course - a kangaroo. This seemed likely, as I've been on the road for a bit and there are about as many kangaroos as sheep around the country: they're assumed to be over 100 million. Well, I have to say I never even laid eyes on one. Lots of road signs warning me of kangaroos crossing, lots of kangaroo-themed items, but no kangaroos. But the moment I stepped out of the ferry into Tasmania, there it was. The closest thing I've seen to a kangaroo - a wallaby! So I guess my trip was completed here, wild life and all. The scenery was breathtaking too, and it was really worth it to come all this way just to experience this peaceful, unspoiled corner of the earth.
It has been great fun to cross Asia-Oceania in different Honda cars and getting to meet amazing people along the way. This journey has re-shaped my idea of what a road trip can be, and I will remember everyone I came across for a long time to come. Thank you for making the trip happen, for joining me on the road and for offering those invaluable drops of fuel that took us all this way - we really drove every last one of them. Safe journeys!
