AMMAN, JORDAN - Finally made it to the beautiful country of Jordan. This has been a long time coming. Today I spent the day in the capital of Jordan, Amman. The vlog starts in downtown Amman near Rainbow Street. Here I stumbled across the some locals who showed me the best restaurant on Rainbow Street. Come with me today as we explore the plant based scene in the beautiful capital of Amman on my first visit to Jordan.

Nabteh O Father: Located in the downtown Amman on Rainbow Street, this is a traditional Jordanian restaurant. Here, I tired falafel, ful medames, hummus and Arabic bread. Total price - Jordanian hospitality is wonderful and our meal was free of charge
If you enjoy beautiful scenery, architecture and love to indulge in traditional Emirati cuisine, I highly recommend you to visit the country of Jordan on your next adventure. Remember to add Amman to your itinerary. Don’t miss the opportunity to explore this beautiful country.

The Rainbow Street of Amman, Jordan
Just stare at the colour, creativity, innovation, artistic scene, of the people of Jordan. Just loved the place. To explore the Rainbow street, one should visit only during the night, only then the colours will be fully visible. And only then one can relish the flavour of the Rainbow Street of Jordan. And nevertheless, the food was beautiful and awesome.

On a walk from 3rd Circle to Old Town Amman, I walked down Rainbow Street and found this market. It had stalls of locally made handy crafts, jewelry, handbags, clothes, food, and art.
After I went through the security checks (only female officers can examine female visitors) I strolled along the stalls. It was really nice.

ここは、日本で例えると表参道みたいな場所です。
高級なカフェ、レストランが立ち並びます。物価が高めです。
ほかのヨルダンの場所と比べて、煌びやかなイメージがあります。

مع ماجد الصالح في الاردن . شارع الرينبو أحد شوارع عمّان القديمة، وقد تم تحديثه وأعتبرت المنطقة الواقعة حوله منطقة محمية كونها جزء من تاريخ وتراث الأردن. يقع الشارع في جبل عمان من منطقة الدوار الأول ويتجه شرقاً حتى يصل إلى شارع مانجو. من أشهر المعالم فيه مبنى السفارة السعودية سابقا حيث انتقلت إلى مبناها الجديد في عبدون والمركز الثقافي البريطاني والمقر الرئيسي لشركة مصفاة البترول الأردنية ومسرحا كان دارا للسينما. كما يحد الشارع من طرفيه أهم بيوت التاريخ الحديث في الأردن مثل بيت الملك طلال وبيت الشريف زيد بن شاكر وبيت سعيد المفتي. كما يشمل معرض مؤسسة نهر الأردن. وتجري حوله الكثير من النشاطات الثقافية مثل سوق جارا. وتقع فيه عدة مراكز ثقافية وترفيهية ومقاه على الرصيف.

Al Balad is the heart of Amman. It is a valley filled with shops, cafes, and a huge wet market. Locals and tourists alike come here to shop and enjoy some kawa (Arabic coffee), kunafe (pastry), and sometimes mansaf (traditional Jordanian lamb dish). It's also a cultural center where one can easily find the Roman Theater and atop the hill is the Hercules Temple.
