BANDIT:
Bandit is a 2 year old rescue dog saved from a kill shelter in California. He was horribly matted, dirty and looked like a Terrier/Shih Tzu mix. After he was groomed it became clear he is a purebred Parti Poodle. A fairly unusual dog, a Parti Poodle has a unique coloration only possible when both parents are purebred Parti Poodles. The gene necessary to produce the coloration is recessive and both parents must have it. I would have loved him either way but am blessed to have him as he is. =8v)

First week in Washington, is it ever gonna stop raining!?
We have arrived in Washington, if you haven't heard, we have family and friends out here, so we plan to spend the holidays here. We are settling into the PNW, and wondering what we were thinking!! We found our Summer House to take to Alaska, and got it settled into storage for now. We visited the Pacific Science Center.
