PT// Às vezes descrita como um conto de fadas em pedra, a Rathaus dos séculos XIII a XV de Lübeck é considerada uma das mais belas da Alemanha.
EN// Sometimes described as a ‘fairy tale in stone’, Lübeck’s 13th- to 15th-century Rathaus is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful in Germany. Inside, a highlight is the Audienzsaal (audience hall), a light-flooded hall decked out in festive rococo.
有时,吕贝克的吕布(Lübeck)13至15世纪的市政厅(Rathaus)有时被描述为“石头上的童话”,被广泛认为是德国最美丽的城堡之一。

Places to see in ( Lubeck - Gremany ) Rathaus
Places to see in ( Lubeck - Gremany ) Rathaus
The city hall of the Hanseatic city of Lübeck is one of the most famous buildings of the brick Gothic . It is one of the largest medieval town halls in Germany. Lübeck's oldest town hall was mentioned in the Urkodex V of the Lübischen Rechts , which was created in 1225 or 1226 and was itself only preserved as a reconstruction. The house, which is located at the northwest corner of the market, was already left to the tanners in 1250 and since then has been called Lohhaus. After multiple renovations, it was finally demolished in 1872. About its shape as a town hall, except the base area of 8 × 10 m nothing is known.
The town hall was built around 1240 on the site of its current main building. At first it was a late Romanesque group of three gabled houses. When the new building burnt down in 1251, it was probably only the eastern part of the building that had the shape of a tall gable house. Parts of its south gable with recognizable contour of the old roof truss are in the eastern part of the shield wall right behind the Laubenvorbau (north of market and Langem House) make out. This part initially served as a Gewandhaus . As can be seen traces in the shield wall, the upper floor was lower in the other parts. Even cellar vault of the group building are still preserved. Today they belong to the Ratskeller .
After the city fire of 1251, which had also damaged the town hall, significant alterations took place. In particular, the southern gables have been combined to form the still existing monumental shield wall in the style of Early Gothic . Today largely hidden by the porch and disfigured by the central tower, it is decorated with large dummy windows with tracery after French and Flemish model. Inside, the functions were relocated, the rooms of the Council were in the former Cloth Hall, the cloth trade in the basement vaults. Even before or around 1260, a two-storey vaulted Vorlaube with flat roof was set before the shield wall, the eastern both yokesform the link between the main tract and the long house today. The arbor was the site of the municipal court, which initially came under the supervision of the bailiff. The middle part of the building in 1290 had become the courtyard between the two outer, with niches for traders, which later, however, again roofed and became the storeroom. Shortly before the end of the 13th century the Hathaus received an elongated extension to the Marienkirchhof, which served as Grawanthus for the trade in cheap gray cloth, of which, however, only the basement vaults are preserved.
From 1570 to 1572, on the north side of the market, the exposed part of the Gothic arbor was replaced by the present one in the style of the Renaissance . Granite columns carry sandstone gables , created by the Flemish sculptors Hans Fleminck and Hercules Midow (1570-1572). To the west, the floors above the arbor have brickwork. Under the Long House, the middle row and the market column row have been replaced; originally made of brick, they have since been made of granite. In 1594, the New Gemach was given by the Flemish sculptor Robert Coppens in the Dutch stylebuilt renaissance staircase at Broad Street. It led to the so-called war room, which was then designed by Tönnies Evers the Younger , then the most splendid room in the town hall. The name of the hall shows that the Hanseatic League not only had an influence on the economy, but also decided on politics and often on war and peace.
The war room was destroyed in March 1942 during the first heavy air raid on Lübeck and today is no longer a representative room. At the Long House, actually least affected by the bomb damage, the neo-gothic gables were removed to the Breiten Straße during the 1953 restoration. In the town hall, the council of the Hanseatic city also met as a court: the Oberhof Lübeck was until 1820 appeals court for decisions from other cities that belonged to the Lübschen legal district .
The town hall is today still the seat of the mayor and meeting place of the citizenry . The main entrance is not on the market but in the Breite Straße. The Ratskeller is leased to the butler and has its entrance on the market side under the Renaissance dove. The extended complex of the town hall also includes the brick- Renaissance chancellery building on the north side of Breite Straße.

Empfang im Rathaus | VfB Lübeck v. 1919 e. V.

If you want to see the Gothic style churches, if you want to enjoy the peaceful in the middle century age, Lubeck is a perfect little city you should go and see.
Lübeck is a northern German city distinguished by Brick Gothic architecture, which dates to its time as the medieval capital of the Hanseatic League, a powerful trading confederation. Its symbol is the Holstentor, a red-brick city gate that defended the river-bounded Altstadt (old town). Rebuilt following WW II, the Marienkirche is a 13th–14th-century landmark that widely influenced Northern European church design.

Lübeck is a city in Schleswig-Holstein, northern Germany, and one of the major ports of Germany. On the river Trave, it was the leading city of the Hanseatic League, and because of its extensive Brick Gothic architecture is listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. The old part of Lübeck is on an island enclosed by the Trave. The Elbe–Lübeck Canal connects the Trave with the Elbe River.
