In the summer of 2005 drove the norwegian heritage train regularly Åndalsnes to Bjorli.
It was not easy to follow the speeding steam train. Unfortunately we did not have a tripod here, so shake the image from time to time.
Im Sommer 2005 fuhr der Norwegische Museums Zug regelmäßig von Åndalsnes nach Bjorli.
Es war nicht ganz einfach dem schnell fahrenden Dampfzug zu folgen. Leider hatten wir kein Dreibein-Stativ dabei, deshalb wackelt das Bild ab und zu.

If you take the train from lillehammer or dombås to Åndalsnes then you will see one of Norway`s most spectacular and known mountains Trollveggen. The train takes about 3h41min from Lillehammer and from Dombås 1h20min. From Dombås you will also see a wonderful nature with lots of waterfall`s, bridges and mountains. I totally recommend that trip to everyone.

Video opnamen van treinen in station Åndalsnes op 27 juli 2014. Åndalsnes is het eindpunt van de spoorlijn Dombås - Åndalsnes ook wel Raumabanen genoemd en is een Noorse spoorlijn tussen de plaats Dombås in de provincie Oppland en de stad Åndalsnes in de provincie Møre og Romsdal en ook bekend als een zijlijn van de Dovrebanen. De treindienst wordt verzorgd door treinstellen van het type BM93 afgeleid van de Duitse dieseltreinstellen type Talent. De treinstellen in Noorwegen zijn wat comfortabeler ingericht en beschikken onder andere over een frisdrank en snackautomaat. Overigens werden de treinstellen door het publiek toch minder gewaardeerd dan de oude treinen die uit een locomotief rijtuigen bestonden.
Er zijn vijf stations waarvan er twee onbemand zijn. De vijf stations zijn in Dombås, Lesja, Lesjaverk, Bjorli en Åndalsnes. Oorspronkelijk waren er twaalf stations langs de lijn verzorgd door de Norges Statsbaner (NSB). Er zijn elke dag vier passagierstreinen (NSB BM93). Vanaf Åndalsnes zijn er busverbindingen naar Ålesund, Molde en Kristiansund. Vanaf Dombås is er een treinverbinding naar Oslo en Trondheim. In de zomer zijn er speciale toeristentreinen van Åndalsnes tot Bjorli, waarvan sommige met stoom. Langs de route liggen de Trollveggen en de Rauma rivier. Bij het plaatsje Verma kruist de spoorlijn de Rauma rivier op 59 meter hoogte over de Kylling Brug. (Kylling Brua) Er zijn twee tunnels bij Verma en Mongefossen en de trein passeert de derde grote waterval dichtbij het station van Flatmark. Una spettacolare linea delle NSB, che partendo da Åndalsnes (m.4,2 slm) dopo 114,2 Km. termina a Dombås (m.659,3 slm), situata a 343 Km da Oslo, sulla linea Oslo-Trondheim.
La linea costruita tra il 1921 ed il 1924, è caratterizzata da due curve a ferro di cavallo (di cui una sul ponte Kylling). Le stazioni sono cinque: Dombås , Lesja , Lesjaverk , Bjorli e Åndalsnes.
A Dombås ( min. 8,47) il treno 402 (Trondheim-Oslo) preleva le vetture provenienti da Åndalsnes e dirette ad Oslo.

Raumabanen Kylling Bru - Raumabanen Tog på Kylling Bru - Zug auf der Kylling Brücke
(NL) Op woensdag 30 juli 2014 rijdt een trein van de Raumabanen over de Kylling Bru. Dit is een spoorviaduct over de rivier de Rauma. gelegen in de lijn Åndalsnes-Dombås, ook wel de Raumabanen genoemd. Het viaduct is 76 meter lang en de spanwijdte van de middenboog is 42 meter. Het spoor bevindt zich 59,3 meter boven de schuimende Rauma rivier. De bouw van het viaduct begon in 1913 en de bouwtijd bedroeg 9 jaar. Het is het bekendste en meest gefotografeerde spoorviaduct in Noorwegen. In 1924 werd de Raumaspoorlijn geopend. (Bron: Wikipedia)
Vanwege het prachtige berglandschap waar de lijn doorheen loopt en de zeer geringe frequentie op de lijn is er voldoende tijd om de trein op het viaduct stil te zetten en de passagiers van het prachtige uitzicht over het Raumadal te laten genieten.
(D) Am Mittwoch, den 30. Juli 2014 fährt ein Zug der Raumabanen über dem Kylling Bru. Dies ist ein Eisenbahnviadukt über den Fluss Rauma. der sich in die Strecke Åndalsnes Dombås befindet. Der Viadukt ist 76 Meter lang und die Spannweite der mittleren Bogen ist 42 Meter. Die Gleisen befinden sich 59,3 Meter über der schäumenden Fluss Rauma. Der Bau der Brücke begann im Jahr 1913 und die Bauzeit betrug 9 Jahre. Es ist das bekannteste und am meisten fotografierte Eisenbahnviadukt in Norwegen. Im Jahre 1924, wurde die Raumabanen eröffnet. Aufgrund der wunderschönen Berglandschaft, durch dem die Strecke führt und die sehr niedrige Frequenz auf der Strecke gibt es genügend Zeit, um den Zug auf dem Viadukt anhalten zu lassen so dass die Reisenden den atemberaubenden Blick über das Raumatal geniessen können.

Because of the beautiful mountain scenery through which the line passes and the very low frequency on the line there is sufficient time to stop the train on the viaduct and let the the passengers enjoy the stunning views over the Raumavalley.

Raumabanen, Norway- BM93s DMUs passing Lesja Stasjon- April 2017
A short compilation of BM93s passing through Lesja (pronounced Lesha) on the Raumabanen. This line links Dombås on the Dovrebanen with Fjord at Åndalsnes. The BM93s are members of the Bombardier Talent family. The NSB versions are very nicely specified, with vending machines and reclining seats all round. However, I still think I would have enjoyed the previous rolling stock more- a Di3 Nohab and series 3 or 5 coaches (see here
I did not realise the stop was a request stop, so I think I accidentally caused the train to stop each time I filmed (ooops, sorry!).
The loop line is still present, but does not look very serviceable, as there was at least one rail join that had no bolts on its fishplate!!
The snow scene was during a hunt for trolls with my daughter, who was not happy at the diversion!!
