THE PATH OF WILDNESS
The Path of Wildness is easy to find
The course of a stream
Leaves blown in the wind
A beast's track through the brush
And the direction of our first inclination
The Path of Wildness is an answer and response to a prescribed way of life which may leave some individuals with a sense that their living is little more than a series of pre-determined, step-like episodes between birth and death. The stages of living between these events: childhood, adolescence, adulthood, parenthood and senior are themselves natural and in accord with the needs of the species and most individuals. Many find their satisfaction in living this course and to these individuals I have little or nothing to say. Others though long for something more; something innate, genetic and seemingly calling. Adventure and change can give a degree of satisfaction and relief yet even these may seem too tame. To those who feel drawn to something beyond the entertainment and stimulation of senses I offer a walk along The Path of Wildness. Don't bother penciling the event in your schedule, preparing a pack with goodies and supplies or even inviting a friend along, for this experience is along the course of your first inclination and you must surely always go alone.

Raymond Island Camping 2019
As much fun as it was, I’m glad I made the most out of the time being there. It just brings me to say that good moments in life are the ones that end up flying by the fastest and it’s rare that you even notice that you’ve just had one the day after. It’s sad but it’s very true. You’re back to living your normal and everyday life, now again faced with reality and all the worries and thoughts you had once locked away in a part of your mind. Because of this, it’s basically inevitable that your memories and good moments that you’ve made would in a short time, end up taking up the locked part of your mind where all your initial worries and thoughts originally once were.
Like before, good moments are the type of moments that end up flying by the fastest which shows that good moments don’t come very often. So you need to make the most out of every good, precious and memorable moment that you come across in life and whatever it may be, whether it be the funniest or craziest thing that has ever happened in your life, you should cherish it for as long as you possibly can because one day we’ll hopefully look back at all the best moments and good memories we’ve experienced throughout our time living our unique, special and crazy lives...

Best Place To See Wild Koalas - Raymond Island, Victoria, Australia
Some koalas were brought to Raymond Island in the 1950s to protect them against predators, and now they have overpopulated the island. On the evenings of Dec. 5 and 6, 2016, I visited the island and saw a total of 26 koalas, including four young ones.

Raymond Island & Lakes Entrance - My Adventure Diary
For my 20th birthday, Cal decided to plan a trip for me because he knows that I treasure memories way more than gifts. On the way to Lakes Entrance, we stopped by Raymond Island to do some wildlife spotting. We saw an echidna, kangaroos and LOTS of koalas.
When we move on to Lakes Entrance, we had just enough daylight to go seal spotting before heading to our accommodation. :)
