Sendai Station (仙台駅 Sendai-eki) is a major railway station in Aoba-ku, Sendai, Miyagi, Japan. It is a stop for all Akita and Tohoku Shinkansen trains, the eastern terminus for the Senzan Line, and major stop on both the Tohoku Main Line and Senseki Line. It is located on the border between Miyagino and Aoba Wards in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture.
Sendai Station is served by services operated by East Japan Railway Company (JR East), Sendai Airport Transit, and Sendai Subway. The station is served by the following lines.

Although the main JR train station and the subway station are physically separate, there are underground passageways connecting the two. The main Sendai Station is above-ground, and is a hub for JR East containing both the Tohoku and Akita Shinkansen lines and several other local lines. The above-ground portion of Sendai Station lies in Aoba-ku, and is situated so that tracks run roughly north-south. In the station's easternmost section, underground and across the ward border in Miyagino-ku, is the platform for the east-west Senseki Line. Originally, this platform was also above ground; but in 2000, the line was extended to Aoba-dōri to the west, and the line was re-routed underground beneath the rest of the station.
The Sendai Subway lies to the west, and can be accessed from the main station via underground passageways at both ends of the station. The platform for the subway at Sendai Station is actually closer to Aoba-dōri Station than the other JR lines in Sendai Station. In fact, there is a transfer-only gate between the subway and Senseki Line platform at Aoba-dōri Station.
The Namboku Line platforms are located on the third basement (B3F) level, and the Tozai Line platforms are located on the fourth basement (B4F) level.
Sendai (仙台市 Sendai-shi, Japanese: [seꜜndai]) is the capital city of Miyagi Prefecture, Japan, the largest city in the Tōhoku region, and the second largest city north of Tokyo. As of 1 August 2017, the city had a population of 1,086,012, and is one of Japan's 20 designated cities. The total area of the city is 786.30 square kilometres (303.59 sq mi).
The city was founded in 1600 by the daimyō Date Masamune, and is nicknamed the City of Trees (杜の都 Mori no Miyako); there are about 60 zelkova trees on Jōzenji Street (定禅寺通 Jōzenji dōri) and Aoba Street (青葉通 Aoba dōri).
In the summer, the Sendai Tanabata Festival, the largest Tanabata festival in Japan, is held. In winter, the trees are decorated with thousands of lights for the Pageant of Starlight (光のページェント Hikari no pējento), lasting through most of December.
On March 11, 2011, coastal areas of the city suffered catastrophic damage from a magnitude 9.0 offshore earthquake, which triggered a destructive tsunami.

Tsuka No Ma Onsen, formerly Shoya No Yakata, is a gorgeous Onsen Ryokan located in the spring resort area of Yufuin in Oita prefecture and renowned for its natural blue hot springs.

Starting with the TOYOHASHI Model, utilizing the garbage or sewage sludge as new energy will become a standard in various countries. Not only at tourist destinations, taking Selfies can be seen everywhere in the street. Now, it has become a trend with young women. Casio, a maker and distributor of digital cameras has just introduced a unique camera which separates the camera and the operation component. This camera specializes in taking selfies. Besides taking good selfies, the background light can be corrected. A more unique function “beautiful legs photos” is that it can make the subject’s legs look long and beautiful in the picture. Also, it is not complicated to connect to the SNS function. With a dedicated application, the function of sending selfies to a smart phone is included, and it is also easy to upload to Instagram.
