I'm really excited to share this story. I've been following it in Red Beach (New Zealand) for months - 94 Bay Street, Red Beach.

The Council has misused their authority (and discretion) and set a new precedence for property development in Red Beach - and the local community isn't happy.

My goal is to help let the community know what's happening here, (as the Counsel didn't) - and together we can stop a development like this happening again.
