I had the day off to get some things checked Ove on the car so I thought id grab a couple beers and have a fish for some salmon then scored one of the best sunsets I've had down there cooking up some snags!!!

Surfing Redhead Beach Australia with Go Pro Footage
Some fun waves with a few mates at Redhead Beach, Australia. I used a 7 Mini Mal in clean 1 to 2 ft swell. Camera is Go Pro Hero 3 Silver. Put the camera up front to get some underwater footage.

Redhead Beach is at the northern end of a nine mile stretch of coastline, and is known for its stunning cliffs, rocky outcrops and shark tower. Redhead is patrolled in the warmer months, is home to the Redhead Surf Life Saving Club, and is popular with swimmers and surfers alike.
Conditions are perfect for surfing, swimming and fishing and you can view the natural landscape by walking on a boardwalk to the beach to see swans, ducks and wildlife.

Redhead To Blacksmiths Beach. Let's Keep It Clean. Newcastle, NSW
On Saturday 1 December 2018. My friend invited me to get some drone footage in their backyard at Redhead Beach. It was a beach cleanup. I have never volunteered to do anything. I got my footage and helped out. I came away with a feeling of community. My little video became something I care about. I was sad to see how people can be so negligent or downright disrespectful to the environment. I have decided to become apart of these. There are several cleanups a year. Like the group on Facebook. Come be apart. If you are going to the beach, please One bag, one vehicle. Redhead Beach is near Newcastle NSW. Filmed with my DJI Mavic Air and Gopro Hero5.
