Bognor Regis West Sussex UK Travel Video
I am in Bognor Regis, in forgotten sea resort near Brighton and Portsmouth. Bognor is one of the oldest recorded Anglo-Saxon place names in Sussex. In a document of 680 AD it is referred to as Bucgan ora.
Town population is around 25 000 people.
This town is very good for short weekend visit.
In this place are big Polish speaking people community, the biggest what I ever seen in UK. In city center are located 5 big polish shops close to which other and in other local supermarkets you will find Polish products.
Other my UK videos is here

The Future of Youth Activities in Bognor Regis Town Centre (18+39=57 varieties)
West Sussex County Council is proposing to transfer general young people's information and cafe sessions from Town-Centre Number 18 Project to a less-well-sited venue, also in Bognor Regis. The new one stop service will be targeted at 'vulnerable' young people as defined by County, but many using Number 18 come in off the street. By most standards these young people could be called 'vulnerable'. This video takes a look at the facilities of Number 18 which is open five days a week, offering information, counselling, sexual health advice and clinic, and drop-in cafe sessions in a comfortable and non-authority setting. The other venue runs none of these activities, the last youth club session was many months ago, and even the 3-days-a-week term-time Links Pupil Referral Unit there has been given notice, which means the very vulnerable school students attending there now will have to travel daily to Chichester and even Lancing. No local County Councillors have visited Number 18, nor has the Cabinet Member who has made the decision, though he and a local Councillor have visited the other site, known as Bognor Neighbourhood Centre.
Number 18 will continue to operate counselling, sexual health and cafe activities, and will seek to provide walk-in-off-the-street information services also.
Ravenscourt Treatment Center Review - Bognor Regis, United Kingdom
To read the full review:
The substance of Ravenscourt’s program is traditional 12-step recovery; this may not be the ideal rehab for potential clients with dual diagnoses who require medication management and the greater supervision of a staff psychiatrist, or who are interested in alternative behavioral therapies.
That said, it’s not every day in England that you find a beachside rehab. Clients should be ready to commit several months to residential treatment, because this program is about getting used to sober life within a bubble and slowly reintegrating to the world. When in doubt, just remember that retreating to Bognor Regis was good enough for a king.

Far North of Scotland Line – Inverness to Lairg – (Bognor Regis to Wick & Thurso Pt 3)
Once again I ask you to sit back and enjoy the view from the train window for the first part of our trip along Scotland’s Far North Line. We are fortunate to see most of this journey in bright winter sunshine as we make our way from Inverness to Lairg, where poor weather and fading light force an early end to filming. We cover the rest of the Far North Line on our return journey - (Bognor Regis to Wick & Thurso Pt 4)

Bognor Regis beach - Fjöruferð - Sjóbað - Ferðalag - England
Sumardvalarparadís í Englandi. Farið í sjóbað - Bognor Regis is a small seaside town on the south coast of England in the county of West Sussex. It is situated approximately 70 miles south west of London. The town can trace its roots back to when it was a small fishing village. The town still has its fishermen, operating small inshore boats from the town's beaches, keeping alive the town's traditional link with the sea. :
Bognor is one of the oldest Saxon sites on record in West Sussex. The town is recorded in AD 680 as Bucgan ora meaning Bucge's shore. Bucge was one of the few Saxon women to have a place named after her. Over the years this Saxon-landing place became a small fishing village, and as with many places the name changed with time. In 1275 it was recorded as Buggenore and in 1405 as Bogenor. :
Clean beaches, a long promenade and plenty of things to do with the kids make it as appealing to families as it is to the thrill-seeking watersport enthusiasts who travel to the destination each year. Bognor Regis is also home to the well-known Butlin's Resort -- a four star holiday centre welcoming both day visitors and overnight guests. Its hotels and apartments are among a range of quality accommodation available across the town. :

Bognor Regis West Sussex - The Market - Markaður
Markaður í Bognor Regis, West Sussex, England.
Bognor Regis is a small seaside town on the south coast of England in the county of West Sussex. It is situated approximately 70 miles south west of London. The town can trace its roots back to when it was a small fishing village. The town still has its fishermen, operating small inshore boats from the town's beaches, keeping alive the town's traditional link with the sea. Bognor is a very pleasant coastal town with many sites of historical interest nearby. The development of modern Bognor was begun in the 1780s by Sir Richard Hotham. Did you know that on average Bognor Regis has more sunshine than any other town in Britain, making it the country's sunshine capital, so why not soak up the sun on Bognor beach? Take a walk along the promenade that stretches from Aldwick to the west through to Felpham to the east of the town. Bognor Regis is a traditional seaside town with many rides and amusements for the children. The seafront bars help give the town a continental flavour, or you could visit one of the many traditional pubs like the William Hardwicke, The Lamb in Steyne Street or perhaps The Fox in Felpham, one of Bognor's' more historic buildings. When visiting Bognor Regis be sure to visit one of the town's parks and gardens. Bognor is after all a South East in Bloom competition winner. If you get tired of lazing on the beach and gardens aren't your thing, you can always fit in some shopping. From department stores, arcades to souvenir kiosks there is something for everyone. There is also a regular open air market in the town square opposite the theatre. See more:

Public House Business For Sale in Bognor Regis West Sussex
Bognor Regis, West Sussex, England
Advert Ref: 3254
Business Description
Preferred Commercial is delighted to offer for sale this popular town centre public house, which was established in 1864 and which has been in our client's careful hands since 2004. The business is only now being placed on the market due to our client's wish to retire. The pub opens seven days a week and generates a turnover in the region of £241,000 per annum with a gross profit of 53%, derived from mainly wet sales. A new owner could easily increase turnover by employing a chef and offering food, for which we believe there is a huge demand. There is also scope to embark on a modest marketing campaign and to introduce a web site to further promote the business. The pub boasts excellent reviews on various web sites, particularly for it's warm welcome and friendly staff, as well as its traditional independent pub atmosphere. The property boasts generously sizes 3-bedroom owners' accommodation to the first floor. We feel this is an ideal opportunity to acquire a thriving town centre public house with immense scope for future growth. Early discussions with Preferred Commercial must come highly recommended.
