Vacation Apartment for Rental - Ubatuba Beach - Sao Paulo, Brazil
It lies about 240 km of Sao Paulo. Ubatuba has almost 80 beaches, 17 islands. Its beaches are the only ones on the Brazilian coast to be cut by the Tropic of Capricorn, so its the first city to receive the summer. To those looking for nothing beyond the hype in the sand, clean waters and variety of kiosks options are the Praia Grande and Maranduba. Attended throughout the year that happens there is the busiest events promoted in the summer season. A family looking for peace and security should go to the beach cove that has calm waters and excellent infrastructure. Another alternative is to Tenorio, nearby the beach Praia Grande, where, despite the moves, offers the ideal sea for a good dive. Now those who prefer a more isolated should choose Fortress, which is frequented not by so many people, for being hidden from public access.
⛵️DIY sailboat portlight installation #109
Go to or text ‘oddlifecrafting’ to 500 500 and you can get 3 months of Audible for just $6.95 a month.
It was time to do some task by ourselves. Time to install all the portlights in place! What a scary moment! We were nervous to start the job!
If you are new here... we are a Brazilian couple that have just bought a 44ft hot galvanized steel sailboat (Dinieper Tropic 1200) and is on the mission of bringing her back to life after 22 years abandoned on the hard. Once we are done, the plan is to sail her to our home town Florianópolis so we can finish building our land base, a Tiny Shipping Container House that we are building ourselves without any prior experience. Are you curious? Don't forget to subscribe and to join us every Monday for a new episode!!

Luxury Homes And Apartments For Rent In Sao Conrado Rio de Janeiro Brazil
- Luxury Homes and Apartments for rent in Sao Conrado Rio de Janeiro Brazil will be the focus of this video. One of the best kept secret beach front Rio neighborhoods is absolutely São Conrado. Perhaps it's the perfect blend of a cool beach town and tropical paradise. Pedra da Gávea and the Tijuca National Forest make this region incredibly unique compared to it's neighbors Barra da Tijuca, Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana, and Leme. Local property owners in this niche are often interested in renting out their property under certain circumstances. In many cases, local Brazilian property owners may only allow one broker or friend help rent out their home or luxury apartment. If you are researching São Conrado Rio de Janeiro Brazil Luxury Homes and Penthouse Apartments for rent visit our website in the link above and tell us about your needs.
Why Foreigners Have Difficulty Renting in Japan
In a recent survey by the Japanese Ministry of Justice, it was found that 4 out of 10 foreign residents in Japan have been refused tenancy because they were a foreigner. In this video, we explore why it's so hard for foreigners to rent in Japan.

Invisible Mexicans
Living amongst multi million dollar mansions, thousands of undocumented immigrants live in subhuman conditions without electricity, running water or sanitation. They all work to build and maintain the local neighborhood homes and businesses. Award winning filmmaker John Carlos Frey spends a year amongst Mexican laborers in the hidden shantytowns of wealthy San Diego, California.

“Germany’s biggest popstar and world-renowned DJ goes by the name of Robin Schulz.” – Stern
“He has the Midas touch, literally!” – BILD
Black sunglasses, a baseball cap flipped backwards and his decks: These visual trademarks simultaneously prove to be his most valuable assets. Those and his keen sense for superhits that generate 9-digit streams and have enabled him to move crowds across the globe during the past two years. The young man from Lower Saxony is actually more the reserved type, who would much rather stand behind his decks and let his music do the talking. Robin Schulz: A picture perfect career. Making his way from ‘local secret’ to the nation’s ‘next big thing’ and finally to being an internationally acclaimed megastar. At age 29, the producer and DJ has already established himself as the most successful German club act of the past decades.
Robin Schulz began playing smaller clubs as a DJ somewhere in rural Lower Saxony. Meanwhile, he has travelled the world: Osnabrück, New York, Tokyo. And, more importantly, the world knows him. His 2014 breakthrough single, the multi-Platinum, chart-topping remix of “Waves (feat. Mr. Probz)” was a first sign of things to come. Though not even Schulz himself could have predicted the incredible snowball effect that was to ensue as well as the extent of his current success. 2014 marked the start of a fairytale summer that knew just one name: Robin Schulz. His internationally Gold- and Platinum-certified follow-up single “Prayer In C (feat. Lilly Wood & The Prick)” went on to become a global hit and write history.
Schulz also became the first-ever German artist to reach the #1 spot of the global Shazam charts, breaking several national records along the way as he positioned himself atop the German Singles, Airplay, iTunes, Amazon MP3, Dance, Shazam, Streaming and Spotify charts at the same time. “Prayer In C” has meanwhile become the most successful hit by a German artist ever and was named the unofficial “Summer Hit of 2014”. Rightfully so.
Building on this success, Schulz went on to release his now Platinum-certified debut album “Prayer” in the fall of 2014, along with the hit single “Sun Goes Down (feat. Jasmine Thompson)”. In 2015 Robin Schulz won the German ECHO Award as “Best Dance National”, while his sophomore album “SUGAR” was awarded Gold status in his native Germany and the eponymous single even struck triple Gold! In early 2016 Schulz won two more ECHO Awards as “Best Dance National” and “Internationally Most Successful German Act”. Over the past two years, no other act delivered as many #1 hits in Germany, Austria and Switzerland as Robin Schulz.
All these experiences have left their indelible mark on his new album “SUGAR”. Thousands of new experiences, thousands of impressions and thousands of inspiring moments, which Schulz has now channeled into 15 new songs. On “SUGAR”, Robin Schulz performs a uniquely delicate balancing act between electronic and pop music. Robin Schulz has created his very own, genre-transcending signature sound of melodic deep house with organic instrumentation. Even though Schulz doesn’t necessarily see himself as the melancholy type of guy. “SUGAR” is Schulz taking the next step and delivering his own brand of sweetness to the dancefloor. While his debut “Prayer” almost exclusively featured various remakes of songs by other artists, “SUGAR” is composed of his own productions. Call it Schulz uncut.
Adding to his many accolades, Schulz also operates the most successful artist-run YouTube channel in Germany, with a total 1.5 million subscribers and 900 million views.
When asked, what it is he is most proud of, Robin Schulz responds: “I’m proud to still have my friends around and of being able to show that in music, everything is possible. There is still a lot to achieve, many roads to travel and goals to be pursued. As long as you keep on having fun and working hard, successes will keep on coming.”
