..over my Tint, which in TN can be dark as you Like behind the Driver..& my Marine Corps sticker, on my License Plate for over a Decade with no hassle.. actually was just an excuse to run the drug dog around, do a Fake Alert, & do an Illegal Search of My Vehicle Without My Consent..
..the Wilkeys in this area are all from Rhea County, TN, most if not all in Law Enforcement, Corrupt as hell, & in the Pocket of corrupt Rhea County Sheriff Neal who he no doubt Colluded with to get this illegal search of my vehicle done. This corrupt Rhea County Sheriff has been Squatting on me & Harassing me for nearly Twenty Years now. i have No Criminal History or Arrest Record At All, so it has to be a Mental Defect on His Part. This corrupt clown Wilkey somehow got on with Hamilton County, even though he Murdered a guy in the Rhea County Hospital while a Deputy there by shooting an Unarmed Handcuffed Male in the Head..
..i will be Suing, of course.. quick on the heels of this court date over Tint he claimed he couldn't see any 'Bright Sunshine' through..at 8:33 pm, thirty minutes After the sun had gone Down..????????
.. anyway, my vehicle is a BUS, Tint Exempted, & can have tint Dark As I Want..so he then claimed he meant the Driver's door tint, which was Never Proven too dark with a Tint Meter, nor which he could Even see from the other side of a divided four lane as he Slammed on the brakes in a Great Cloud of Tire Smoke just to run down an alleged Desperate Window Tint Offender..
.. probably was also Rejected Entry into the Marines at one point, so he's still got a sore Ass about it..we do have Standards, you know..hell, they took Me no problem, tho..
..tint removed to Record Them clearer, not because it wasn't legal..it was night time, so it's hard to tell..
.. WHEN I GOT TO COURT, THEY HADN'T EVEN FILED THE CITATION, ATTEMPTING A COVER UP .. CURRENTLY UNDER FEDERAL INVESTIGATION, & I WILL BE FILING A LAWSUIT AGAINST MULTIPLE PERSONS & MUNICIPALITIES ..
..in doing research for my Lawsuit against these people, i discovered as i Suspected that my 15 Passenger Ford E350 is classified as a BUS on it's Safety Compliance decal. Ambulances, BUSES, hearses & limousines are EXEMPT FROM TINT LAWS IN ALL STATES..so, as i Tried To Tell Them, none of that Applies to me..their Stop was Illegal, & Everything After That Certainly was..
..next video:
..link to Police Scanner Traffic for That Night, This Stop..first mention at 08:10 & 14 seconds PM..as a Reminder, This Audio will begin at 08:01 .. so, on the Counter you're looking for 09m 14s ..

Chance Encounter with Rhea County Sheriff’s Investigator Mike Bice
October, 2019: While taking pictures of the historic Rhea County courthouse, I had an encounter with an old nemesis. To see the background story, go here:
In 2004, Rhea County Sheriff’s Detective Mike Bice, Chief Deputy John Argo, and Sheriff Mike Neal came to my house accusing me of growing marijuana plants in the next lot over (my house was the nearest). With no direct evidence linking me to the operation, and frustrated that he couldn’t make a lawful arrest, Detective Bice rudely ordered me to go back into my house. They walked away and once inside I told them to get off my property. Bice then turned around and ran into my home and assaulted me while his superior armed goons stood nearby and watched. He arrested me and wrote up a very false arrest report, covering his unlawful action by tacking on a charge of ‘Evading Arrest” and falsely claimed that he placed me under arrest and that I “took off running into his house.”
10 years later and with no justice done, I posted a video describing the incident in full detail. ( ). 5 years after this posting, we had our first contact in over 15 years. Always threatening, he claimed I was harassing him and would file charges against me.
This man of the law mistakes Freedom of Speech for Harassment if it hurts his feelings. Freedom of Speech is protected within the United States Constitution; the same Constitution that he took an oath to uphold. But oath or not, it means nothing to him. He thinks he is the law.

“CLICK IT OR TICKET” Rhea County - 05/20/19
As summer kicks off and families hit the road for vacation, Rhea County is partnering with the Tennessee Highway Safety Office (THSO) to remind motorists to “Click It or Ticket.” From May 20 to June 2, participating agencies across the state will increase seat belt enforcement as part of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s (NHTSA) nationwide mobilization.
According to Tennessee’s Integrated Traffic Analysis Network (TITAN), 299 people killed in Tennessee traffic crashes last year were not wearing a seat belt. This represents approximately 29 percent of the state’s total traffic fatalities in 2018.
According to NHTSA, in 2017, there were 10,076 unbuckled passenger vehicle occupants killed in crashes in the United States. In that same year, 55 percent of passenger vehicle occupants killed at night (6 p.m. – 5:59 a.m.) were not wearing their seat belts. That’s why one focus of the “Click It or Ticket” campaign is nighttime enforcement. Participating law enforcement agencies will be taking a no-excuses approach to seat belt law enforcement, writing citations during the daytime and nighttime hours.

Inherit the Wind scene, creationism vs. evolution
Favorite scene from Inherit the Wind, a movie about the creationism vs. evolution trial when a teacher is accused of the crime of teaching evolution to his class.
These are the comments made by the authors of the play:
Inherit the Wind is not history. The events which took place in Dayton, Tennessee, during the scorching July of 1925 are clearly the genesis of this play. It has, however, an exodus entirely of its own. [. . .]
The collision of Bryan and Darrow at Dayton was dramatic, but it was not a drama. Moreover, the issues of their conflict have acquired new dimension and meaning in the thirty years since they clashed at the Rhea County Courthouse. So Inherit the Wind does not pretend to be journalism. It is theatre. It is not 1925. The stage directions set the time as Not too long ago. It might have been yesterday. It could be tomorrow. (Lawrence and Lee 1955)
Further refutation of creationist complaints regarding this play:

The Riveting Story of the Scopes Trial: A Pivotal Event in Public Education (1998)
Scopes was born in 1900 to Thomas Scopes and Mary Alva Brown on a farm in Paducah, Kentucky, the fifth child and only son. The family moved to Danville, Illinois when he was a teenager. In 1917, he moved to Salem, Illinois where he was a member of the class of 1919 at Salem High School. He attended the University of Illinois for a short time before leaving for health reasons. He earned a degree at the University of Kentucky in 1924, with a major in law and a minor in geology. Scopes moved to Dayton where he took a job as the Rhea County High School's football coach and occasionally filled in as a substitute teacher when regular members of the staff were off work.
Scopes's involvement in the so-called Scopes Monkey Trial came about after the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) announced that it would finance a test case challenging the constitutionality of the Butler Act if they could find a Tennessee teacher who was willing to act as a defendant.
A band of businessmen in Dayton, Tennessee, led by engineer and geologist George Rappleyea, saw this as an opportunity to get publicity for their town and they approached Scopes. Rappleyea pointed out that while the Butler Act prohibited the teaching of human evolution, the state required teachers to use the assigned textbook, Hunter's Civic Biology (1914), which included a chapter on evolution. Rappleyea argued that teachers were essentially required to break the law. When asked about the test case, Scopes was initially reluctant to get involved, but after some discussion he told the group gathered in Robinson's Drugstore, If you can prove that I've taught evolution and that I can qualify as a defendant, then I'll be willing to stand trial.[5]
By the time the trial had begun, the defense team included Clarence Darrow, Dudley Field Malone, John Neal, Arthur Garfield Hays and Frank McElwee. The prosecution team, led by Tom Stewart, included brothers Herbert Hicks and Sue K. Hicks, Wallace Haggard, father and son pairings Ben and J. Gordon McKenzie, and William Jennings Bryan and William Jennings Bryan Jr. Bryan, Senior, had spoken at Scopes' high school commencement and remembered the defendant laughing while he was giving the address to the graduating class six years earlier.[6]
The case ended on July 21, 1925, with a guilty verdict, and Scopes was fined $100. The case was appealed to the Tennessee Supreme Court. In a 3–1 decision written by Chief Justice Grafton Green, the Butler Act was held to be constitutional, but the court overturned Scopes's conviction because the judge had set the fine instead of the jury.[7] The Butler Act remained in effect until May 18, 1967, when it was repealed by the Tennessee legislature.
