Location in ‘Katima Mulilo’ of white container that sells bustickets to ‘Livingstone’ for Nam$200,- pp:
Because we booked the rafting tour with ‘Getaway tourist company’, they offered us a taxi trip to Botswana’s ‘Kasane’ for USD 25,- per person. They dropped us off at the busstation somewhere around here :
from where we took a direct bus back to ‘Katima Mulilo’ for Nam$100,- per person.
You can get several different taxi’s from Victoria Falls to Katima Mulilo for cheaper(USD 7,- from Victoria Falls to the Botswana border and from there on several buses to the Namibia border, but we found it easier to take two direct buses. We left around 7 AM and were in Katima Mulio around 12 noon).
Dutch citizens get visas on arrival in both Botswana and Namibia.

Robins House...the perfect place for a family safari or a honeymoon getaway.
The house set apart from the main camp, Nkwali, on the banks of the Luangwa River with great views of the river and the animals and birds that come to drink and feed. Set under a grove of shady trees, the meals are served outside. There are two luxury bedrooms (a double and a triple), each with its own large bathroom (both shower and bath), and a central sitting room and dining area. There is a private kitchen and chef, along with a valet, so meals can be served where and when you like. This is particularly important for families with children. There is also a private guide and safari vehicle for the gameviewing activities so the pace of the safari can be totally flexible.
Q&A with Francis & Rejoice Tapon about Traveling to All 54 African Countries
Thanks to Lloyd Baroody's sponsorship, the Salisbury Church in Connecticut invited me to give a sermon. Although I have a degree in Religion, I'm a secular humanist. Still, I managed to give a sermon that didn't make the congregation have a mass exodus.
In this 30-minute video, you'll see the Q&A that happened after the sermon. Although the video quality is poor, the audio is acceptable - and that's what matters the most.
The best part of the video is the 2nd minute of the video, which is when a lady asked Rejoice a question.
Rejoice gives a deeply personal and emotional answer that's worth hearing.
For as some as shy and as private as she is, it's a special moment.
RHA Video Safari #1: Cheetah Walk at Wild Horizons
Walk alongside Sylvester the cheetah ambassador through the African wilderness in this full-length video safari. Experience the vast scenery of Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe from the exclusive Wild Horizons Sanctuary private reserve and watch Sylvester, the orphaned cheetah, in his natural habitat. Along the way the expert Wild Horizons staff give wildlife tracking tips and talk about the mopane and baobab trees that are so essential to African ecology.
Sylvester was orphaned as a young cub (you can read about his story online) and has been given a home at the wildlife sanctuary. Unlike lion walks and other animal encounters where wildlife are taken out of their natural habitat, this cheetah walk is giving an opportunity to Sylvester to lead a relatively normal life given his circumstances. Having not been taught to hunt he is not very dangerous, but also cannot feed himself and therefore needs someone to provide him food. Lions used in lion walks are frequently taken from their mother when young and then live in a cage when not walking with tourists. When the lions get too old to be safe around humans they are typically sent to a hunting reserve where they will be killed. Sylvester has avoided that life and Wild Horizons and their partners at the Victoria Falls Wildlife Trust have provided him a bright future in wildlife conservation.

Listening is a more natural way of learning, when compared to reading. Written language only began at around 3200 BC, but spoken language has existed long ago.
Learning by listening is a great way to:
- increases imagination and understanding
- improves your listening skills
- improves your own spoken accent
- learn while on the move
- reduce eye strain
Now learn the vast amount of general knowledge available on Wikipedia through audio (audio article). You could even learn subconsciously by playing the audio while you are sleeping! SUMMARY
=======
Nyasaland () was a British Protectorate located in Africa that was established in 1907 when the former British Central Africa Protectorate changed its name. Between 1953 and 1963, Nyasaland was part of the Federation of Rhodesia and Nyasaland. After the Federation was dissolved, Nyasaland became independent from Britain on 6 July 1964 and was renamed Malawi.
Nyasaland's history was marked by the massive loss of African communal lands in the early colonial period. In January 1915, the Reverend John Chilembwe staged an attempt at rebellion in protest at discrimination against Africans, which prompted some re-assessment of their policies by colonial authorities. A growing educated African elite became increasingly vocal and politically active from the 1930s, first through associations, and after 1944, through the Nyasaland African Congress (NAC).
There was a marked increase in civil agitation when Nyasaland was forced into a Federation with Southern and Northern Rhodesia in 1953. The failure of the NAC to prevent this caused its collapse. It was revived not long afterwards by a younger and more militant generation which, ultimately, invited Hastings Banda to return to the country and lead it to independence.
