- Team from Toyota South Africa Motors during their Corporate Fun Day team building event at Reitvlei Zoo Farm in Alberton, Johannesburg. TBAE’s Corporate Fun Day team building activity is a versatile event that can easily be customized to suit your team and the occasion. In this activity, teams compete against each other in a combination of some of our most popular team building exercises. The exercises are highly interactive and offers active spectator participation.
The Corporate Fun Day team building activity starts with a team building ice breaker that is also used to divide the group into teams. The ice breaker is designed to divide the group up in a way that ‘cliques’ are separated and new relationships formed. These teams then go on to compete against each other in various team building exercises. Points are awarded for each exercise and the team with the highest points at the end of the event is declared the winning team of the Corporate Fun Day.

Bass fishing at Rietvlei Dam, South Africa (Feb 2019) - We failed
We visited our local bass fishing spot, Rietvlei Dam, in Pretoria, South Africa, and failed miserably. After the spawn in SepOct the schools of little carp are out and the bass obviously have way too much food currently. We didn't get a single bite.
We still enjoyed it though, as always. We even tried to catch some of the little carp which turned out being a lot of fun.

I took a trip with Lourens to Rietvlei Dam for an afternoon of fishing! I managed to land a healthy bass using a spinner bait!
Music was a bit of strumming on a 1987 12-string Ovation for something different.
BraaiLympics : Alberton - 5 November 2012
The second BraaiLympics was hosted at the Jackson Dam in Alberton on 5 November. Honours in fun events like the Charka Shotput, Grid Ball and Wors & Tong relay were competed for, but this time the day was concluded with a main braai event as well.
Judging the various braaiers taking part, from sublime ribs to the worst chilli chocolate dessert ever made, it wasn't easy picking a winner and a great day was had by all.

Some technical MTB riding at Rietvlei Zoo Farm in the south of Jo'burg.
