Water Blessing From High Priestess Ida Resi Alit / Maharesi
Ida Resi Alit aka Maharesi is the youngest and only female high priestess of Hindu dharma in Bali. She is famous and well known by many for bestowing water blessings that are akin to purifiying and cleansing baptism rituals that renew the soul. In spite of her busy schedule after we were both serving at the Bali Spirit Festival, I was lucky enough to sit down with her at her sacred ashram to chat about herself and what she does. Stay tuned right after our interview session together to view how she prepares herself with prayers, as well as to see my water blessing session which involves cathartic release of what no longer serves us. Ida Resli instructs participants to stomp their feet and make nosies to release and let out all negative energies and emotional baggages that hold us back. It was a phenomenal experience. I experienced immense and intense energies coursing through my entire being, especially on my entire arms, hands, legs and feet. After the session, I felt cleansed and purified.

In todays interview Ilona Selke will speak with Ida MAHA Resi Alit, who as a village girl in BALI at the age of 21 years old was ordained as ?? not just the only, but the youngest ?? female High Priestess of Hindu Dharma, the traditional religion on the deeply spiritual island of Bali, Indonesia.
The arduous procedure to become a High Hindu Priest or Priestess generally takes up to three years or more and requires extreme training under the guidance of a Master Teacher. Ida learned all requirements in under three months
