Sreenarayanapuram Ripple Water Fall is one of the beautiful place in Idukki Sree Narayanapuram. Ripple Falls is located 21 km away from Munnar & 7 km away from Rajakkadu. Ripple Falls is situated in Sreenarayanapuram, a diversion of Kunchithanny – Rajakkadu road from Thekkinkanam, Idukki District, Kerala State of India Country.
Idukki is already a major tourist hotspot. The rolling hills of Munnar, the pretty lakes at Mattupety, Thekkady and Kundala and the historical Ramakalmedu are all very popular with tourist spots.
One of the must-visit waterfall in Munnar
This waterfall is at a place Sree Narayana Puram(SN Puram) which on the way to Rajakkad from Munnar. This is nice waterfall that is being maintained by the District Tourism Promotion Council (DTPC). There is a gateway to enter this place and we need to pay Kids Rs 5/- and Adults 10rs entrance per head. It is a big waterfall where you can see different views. There are steps and handrails to reach the main viewpoint from the entrance.

Ripple water Falls is a refreshing and a must in the list of attractions around Munnar.
The waterfalls have an observation deck from where visitors could view and experience the full view of the falls. The view around the falls is breathtaking as well

Sreenarayanapuram Ripple Water Falls is about six kilometers from Iruttukanam and is easily accessible if you are travelling on the Kochi – Dhanushkodi highway. What makes Sreenarayanapuram special are the five glorious waterfalls. It is already popular with many tourists who explore the Muthirapuzha river. KTDC has made fences and footpaths near the waterfall. At Sree Narayanapuram, the beautiful waterfalls could be enjoyed safely from near and there is a pavilion to view the distant beauty of the area. The waterfalls and the pavilion are connected through footsteps. The project was completed at a cost of Rs.50 lakh, District Tourism Promotion Council secretary K.V. Francis. There was a wide area where visitors could move and rail fencing had been set up to ensure complete safety. Though there were a number of tourism spots such as the Ripples Waterfalls, they had not been promoted due to safety concerns. The Ripples Waterfalls is perennial and even during the summer season, it is a visual feast. Those who visit Munnar could also visit the waterfall as it is nearby.

Munnar is one of the best ever tourism destination in Kerala.
The Viripara Waterfalls within the Kallar River is a very interesting spot many of the guests love to visit.This water fall is the best for bathing in Munnar. The waterfall is just 15 kilometers from Munnar town and is an ideal place to spend half a day. The waterfall is close to the Letchmi Estate Tea Plantations. The water cool here and most of the guests literally jump into water The 4X4 Jeep climbs up the rocky formations making it a partial off roading experience. The best time to visit Viripara Waterfalls is during the monsoon, when the water overflows the check dam and people could walk around there.
Entry Fee: Rs 20/-Per head for Waterfalls visit.
Rs 50/-per head for Visiting & bathing.
Entry time : 9 am - 5 Pm.
This one among the very few waterfalls in Munnar where guests could get into the waters and even bath safely.
This is that less crowded waterfall in the Valley and it is promoted by the Mankulam Forest Department by providing safety and guidance.
