Riverside Veterans' Park, Medicine Hat | Journey Alberta
While in Medicine Hat for the holidays, I journeyed out to Riverside Veterans' Memorial Park. There are monuments there dedicated to people from Medicine Hat who fought in wars, such as the Korean War. There's also a Sherman Tank in the back part of the park, donated in memorial of those lost during World War II. After exploring the park I enjoyed the view of Finlay Bridge, and saw a train crossing down the river across the train bridge. From there I headed across the street and briefly looked at the beautiful architecture of the Medicine Hat City Hall. I had a great time checking out my hometown, and for this video I aimed for a more cinematic look. I didn't shoot it with my GoPro as usual, and opted to use a Nikon DSLR at 24 frames per second, and set the camera color to a flat image so I could color it the way it looks in this final video. Enjoy!
