The Village at Riverwatch is a planned Mixed-use development located in Augusta, Georgia along the banks of the Augusta Canal. The property will include an upscale lifestyle center, a dine-in 14-screen IMAX movie theater, Costco, Cabelas, and 25 acres of restaurants and retail. In addition, 7 acres of retail and entertainment and a hotel are planned. The center is currently owned by Dallas-based MGHerring Group. Also known as the Brandenburg Parcel, the village would also have one of the largest supermarket chains in the area.
