Full Elevator Machine Room Tour: 24 Greenway Plaza in Houston, TX. w/ alexmcferren - IT'S OTIS TIME!
Filmed on December 27, 2016: This is going to be a full in-depth tour into all the elevator machine rooms of the 1981 Otis elevators. Both the low-rise and high-rise banks of elevators are gearless traction, the service elevator (modded by ThyssenKrupp) is geared traction, and the parking elevators are submersible pump units (according to the motor sounds). A big thanks to Allen from ThyssenKrupp Elevator or this awesome tour, and a gift for me (seen at end of this video)! :D

Filmed on Match 14, 2017: Found this footage in my text message so I decided why I put this up.#Throwback from exactly 2 years ago today. As for this elevator, it isn’t such in mint condition considering that it’s 42 years old now! :D I love the relays! It appears that the motor was replaced. Other than that, this elevator is all original. With that said, enjoy! :D Installed in 1977.
