Roberts Creek Mandala Ride
GoPro HD bike ride through Roberts Creek on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Canada. I rode out past the general store and down to the mandala and pier. You can see the beautiful Salish Sea. They do a new mandala every year on the summer solstice. I rode by in early June so you can see how the mandala has weathered.

The quintessential Roberts Creek property, this private half-acre has lots of natural light, vaulted ceilings, and gorgeous hardwood floors. The main four-piece washroom with its jetted soaker tub has been recently renovated.
Surrounding the home is this extraordinary yard and garden. Mature trees line groomed paths that lead through your private backyard sanctuary. A second-floor deck overlooks the garden and lawn below.
Just down the street from Roberts Creek Elementary, this home is a short walk to shopping and restaurants in the heart of the Creek. Roberts Creek Pier is at the end of the road and has one of the best beaches on the entire Sunshine Coast.
Let's take a tour of the house and yard at 1267 Roberts Creek Road in Roberts Creek, BC.
Starting from the road, we walk up a treed driveway with a number of pullout parking spaces. Nearing the house, we see a long woodshed that feeds the fireplace inside. We climb five steps up to the porch before moving inside.
Through the foyer and to our left is the family room with its hardwood floors and a sitting area.
Behind us are the home's two washrooms. On the right is the two-piece powder room and on the left is the main four-piece bath with a skylight, a window with a view of the garden, and huge jetted tub. There are tile floors underfoot and a stylish vanity.
Heading back to the family room, we get a better look at the huge window that provides tons of natural light before turning and heading up to the next level.
Starting in the dining area, we move into the kitchen with its large island and three appliances. A door to our left provides access to your deck and in front of us is the living with hardwood floors and lots of windows and skylights.
To the right of the kitchen is a short flight of steps that leads up to the first of three bedrooms.
With its gabled ceilings, a skylight and hardwood floors, this cozy space would be ideal for a child's bedroom or maybe a guest room.
Returning to the fireplace next to the foyer, we head downstairs to explore the lower level.
There's a washer and dryer at the bottom of the stairs as well as a large closet. A door to our right leads to the yard and in front of us is bedroom number two. Lots of windows let us look out to the yard and garden.
Turning around, we get a second look at the laundry area before arriving in the master bedroom. Double French doors open to the backyard and a good-sized closet provides ample storage.
Back in the kitchen, we have access to your second storey deck. The deck creates some additional living space and provides an excellent view of the rest of your property.
The yard and garden are truly spectacular! There are mature plants and trees throughout, and trails wind their way from the home to the rear of the lot. The path is like a treasure hunt; there are all kinds of surprises and hidden gems to discover!
1267 Roberts Creek Road is an absolute must-see property! There's endless attention to detail and pride of ownership is evident inside and outside of the home.
When people dream of living in Roberts Creek, this is the type of home they imagine themselves living in. It's priced to sell so hurry and call Tony to schedule your in-person viewing.

9 Must-See Stops on the Sunshine Coast, BC, Canada
The Sunshine Coast in British Columbia, Canada is just a short ferry ride away from Vancouver and is a stellar destination for food, culture and outdoor adventure. Here are nine must-sees in the area, but first be sure to click subscribe and ring the bell so you don’t miss any of our future adventures.
1. The Gumboot, the only full-service restaurant in the heart of Robert’s Creek. While the vegan menu were limited, they did have a few options, including a tofu breakfast scramble. The food was good, but prices are a little steep, so be prepared.
2. Around the back of the gumboot is the folly artisan, a chocolate and ice cream shop that makes all of it’s confections in-house, including coconut milk ice cream and vegan caramel cups.
3. Just up the road from The gumboot is “the gumboot cafe”, a casual eatery with indoor and outdoor seating, serving breakfast, pizza, desserts and coffee. Prices are a bit more moderate at the cafe and they have booze and coffee, too!
4. In Sechelt, one of the more developed areas of the Sunshine Coast, We stopped in at Cheeky Monkey Cakes and scarfed one delicious vegan cupcake. It’s in the Top ten, at least.
5. in Gibsons, make a pit stop at Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. - You’ll find quality olive oils from all over the globe and tons of info about the industry. Plus, you know, free samples.
6. For a fun place to stay, head to up the creek backpackers lodge, part b&b, part hostel, 100% great. This hostel has tent camping, bicycle rentals, great information on where to eat, cycle and hike - even a brand-new outdoor sauna.
7. Beautiful hikes are plentiful on the Sunshine Coast. Follow the main road through Roberts creek and you’ll run into the pier with views of the wooded coastline.
8. Traveling southeast on the Sunshine Coast highway from robert’s creek, you’ll run into Cliff Gilker park, an old-growth forest with beautiful waterfalls and shaded paths. This place could have been the inspiration for Fern Gully.
9. smuggler’s cove, Marine provincial park, northwest of Sechelt. Smuggler’s cove offers a long but relatively easy walk to the cove and the coast beyond over a bit of rocky terrain. The cove is a great place to go swimming or kayaking in the summer, good for hiking any time of year.
This park provides camping, hiking, swimming, kayaking and picnicking.
