Here's the latest video showing the progress of the construction of SM Seaside City Cebu and Robinsons Galleria Cebu.
The two malls are target to be completed before the end of 2015.

Robinsons Galleria Cebu is a mixed-used development located in North Reclamation Area in Cebu City. The mall is just a few meters from the Port of Cebu and approximately 1 kilometer away from SM City Cebu. The mall is owned and operated by Robinsons Malls. It is the firm's third largest mall (after Robinsons Place Manila and its namesake Robinsons Galleria) and its largest development outside Metro Manila.
The main mall is four storeys tall, while a BPO building with a total floor space of 9,000 square meters is three storeys tall. There will be six cinemas in the mall. The mall also has an al fresco dining area and the mall's interiors feature lush gardens. When the whole development will be finished, it will have a 153-room hotel named Summit Galleria Hotel, BPO towers, and three high-rise condominiums (which will be located at the back of the mall).

The mall is a six-storey commercial building that stands on a 4.7-hectare lot along General Maxilom Ave. in the Cebu City North Reclamation Area. It forms part of the over P6 billion master-planned mixed-use development of the company, which will also erect three residential condominium towers consisting of 841 units and a 200-room Summit Hotel.

A tour of a mall I do not often feature Robinson's Galleria, showing viewers what the mall is like. Robinson's Galleria, compared with Ayala Mall Cebu, SM City Cebu and SM Seaside Cebu, is considered small. There are more malls coming including another Ayala mall showing that Cebu City is truly Mall City
