Robinsons Singapore - poor customer service by John Bosco
Robinsons was one day late in home delivery and when we explained that we took a day of leave to await for the delivery, the customer service manager John Bosco pushed the blame on SingPost.
When we explain our situation to the customer service manager, his customer service management tactic is to turn it around by making accusations of us.
When we said that we are dealing with Robinsons and we did not care about SingPost, the manager accuses us of using inappropriate language like what the hell and puts words into customers' mouths in order to make the customer look bad.
What have we learnt? This manager is capable of being a liar who puts words in people's mouths.
Also, in the words of this customer service manager, any other position that is not a management one, is an underling. Wow, how condescending.
