Rock City This attraction on Lookout Mountain offers amazing views of the Southern countryside as well as botanical gardens and a 140-foot-tall manmade waterfall known as High Falls. Its highlight is the viewpoint known somewhat morbidly as Lover's Leap.
The marker at the summit of Lookout Mountain claims you can see seven U.S. including: Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Alabama.

Rock City - Lookout Mountain, GA!
Rock City is one place we stopped while staying in Chattanooga. I thought it was a little expensive, but we did have fun and enjoyed it there. We went to Chattanooga for the Thomas the Train event at the local train museum. If you are interested in seeing those videos I will link them below!

Rock City is a tourist attraction on Lookout Mountain in Lookout Mountain, Georgia. Opened in May 1932. Rock City features a long, convoluted rock trail lined with gardens containing hundreds of labelled local trees and plants. The trail also leads through a variety of unique and bizarre rock formations, including the 1,000 short tons (910 t) Balanced Rock and Fat Man's Squeeze. Two other sections, the Fairyland Caverns and Mother Goose Village, are rock caves decorated with blacklight-responsive sculptures.

Rock City Lookout Mountain Walkthrough in 4K
Rock City is an enchanted land tucked into the mountainous landscape of Lookout Mountain near Chattanooga, Tennessee. It is actually in the state of Georgia but only 6 miles from Chattanooga. Rock City blew our minds with beautiful nature and fabulous gardens. My parents enjoyed it and the boys loved it!! Chiharu and I walked through amazed at every new natural formation. I did leave the Fairyland Caverns off this video but I will upload it next. Please enjoy this natural wonderland.

Rock city Lookout Mountain and Incline Railway HD
Look out mountain is a must visit place if you are coming to south.
We had our trip to Nashville and on our way back decided to hit Lookout mountain where we covered the Rock City and Incline Railway. (Worlds steepest Incline Railway)
Driving though scenic highway was challenging and real fun. We managed to get some awesome aerial shots. Rock city is one hell of a place where you can walk between giant rocks. Barely one person can walk through the space. An adventurous trip and real fun.
From the top of the Lookout mountain you can see seven states at once. Such an incredible view you will never forget. Waterfall at the Lovers Leap was amazing.
Incline railway visit is the best ever. its damn steep that we will be amazed by the engineering fact. Even though its just a 20 min ride two way, you gonna be thrilled. Managed to get some great shot of the railway as well.
Altogether its a great getaway for kids and adults. Don't miss if you get a chance.

Summer Trip 2017 : Rock City (on Lookout Mountain, in Georgia)
~This summer (2017), my family and I took a trip to the Rock City on Lookout Mountain, GA.
There is a lot going on here, if you look. It's a very subtle place in some areas and other's bold. I loved the nature and rock work that was throughout this place. My whole family enjoyed it. Keep in mind there is lots of walking, but there are a lot of rest areas. I recommend to give yourself time to look around and not rush it, to see everything there.

Rock City partners with Wings to Soar for the Peregrine Falcon Release Program, in an effort to repopulate peregrine falcons to this area.
It is proud to cultivate its environmental stewardship through partnerships like Amicalola Deer Park. The deer habitat is home to an average of 10 deer at a time, including male, female, and fawns, with the three breeds of fallow deer represented, including the rare white fallow.
At Lover's Leap, you can seen seven states, on a clear day: Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.
