Green ridge state forest campsite 66 update
Just an update to the layout of campsite 66 at Green Ridge State Forest Maryland. This site seems to keep changing and evolving. On my last visit I also had unwelcome visitors try to move into my campsite in the night saying they were staying in the lower 'half' of my campsite and tried to bully me. Yeah, not happening!

Phenix Quarry, Missouri
For decades it was significant source of fine marble for buildings as the Missouri State Capitol and the New York Stock Exchange. At one time is was a town of hundreds of families and workers. But it all came to an end decades ago as economic hardships and war slowed the demand for marble. It became a ghost town. But recently Phenix was bought by Conco, a Springfield company. Now they've stepped up production of marble. And they estimate there's decades of marble to be mined at Phenix. This is a compilation of two stories done years apart.
