Arriving and Leaving Paris via the Dreadful Aéroport Charles de Gaulle
Paris welcomes over 30 million visitors each year. They marvel at Le Louvre, la Tour Eiffel, l’Arc de Triomphe… but there’s ONE thing they don’t marvel at, for sure--the arrival and departure at the Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport. The way Paris welcomes its visitors is a shame on France. I'll help.

Train from Charles de Gaulle Airport to Paris
Taking the train from Paris Charles De Gaulle to the city is fairly easy, inexpensive, and speedy. Here's my guide to Charles de Gaulle Airport train transfers.
In this video, I transfer from CDG Terminal 1 to the main rail hub - and then on Paris. If you are coming from Terminal 3 you do not need to take the shuttle which is in the first part of the video. If you are coming Terminal 2, you can walk to the train station and then take RER B into Paris.
The regional train system line RER B transports thousands of people daily between Paris and the Charles De Gaulle Airport. I hope you have fun watching - and taking the train into Paris!

Food Hunt in CDG Airport - Paris!
Sorry I stopped the live!
I ended up at Guy Martin ‘s restaurant!
CDG airport is full of great shops with a super selection of food, wine and other goodies. Not talking about all the luxury brands but that is the case in every airport.
The Guy Martin restaurant located in Terminal 2F has a great wine selection and offers a very nice selection of various type of foods. I had the couscous. Vegetarian couscous. It was good!

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport Shuttle Service To and From Gare de Lyon
Marine Steve and I usually schlep into Paris from Charles de Gaulle Airport on the RER. Since the destination today was Gare Austerlitz, directly across the Seine from Gare de Lyon, we took Les Cars Air France Line #4 which leaves outside baggage claim and stops at Gare de Lyon; Line #4 final destination Montparnasse.
More expensive than the RER, it was easier than changing from RER to Metro stopping at Gare Austerlitz. There is always a taxi, shared shuttles, etc.
Arriving at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport Terminal 1 - Airport information - Air Travel Video
We are arriving at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport Terminal 1. We have just arrived at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) on a flight from Copenhagen, Denmark (an EU country). In this Airport video Vlog the viewers follows us (Maxi and Maro) as we disembark our aircraft and make our way through Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG).
Viewers are given a POV real time view of what it is like to arrive at this airport as we make our way to the Baggage Reclaim area. As we are arriving in France from another European country we do not have to pass through Immigration /Passport Control (If you were arriving from a non-EU country you would automatically have to pass through Immigration / Passport Control. After following the airport arrival and Baggage Reclaim signs we quickly arrive at the Baggage Belts, where the luggage rather quickly begins to be uploaded. From this point we once again begin making our way towards the Charles de Gaulle Airport Terminal 1 Arrivals Area. Before exiting we pass through the Customs control. We pass through the green lane as we have nothing to declare. We then begin making our way to the Taxi Station as we have chosen to take a taxi into central Paris. Along the way we also pass the Airport Bus turn off, and see the Money Exchange Bureau close to the Car Hire / Car Rental agencies. There is even a Marks and Spencer Food Store for those who need a few snacks. Before we make our way to our taxi we show viewers the price of a taxi from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) Terminal 1 to the Paris City center.
