Passport And Visas Requirements To Enter The UK
Please note: Following the recent referendum vote for the UK to leave the European Union (EU), there are currently no changes in the way people travel to Britain. The following guidelines still apply:
If you're planning an adventure to the UK, depending on your nationality and your reason for visiting, you may need to organise a visa.
If you're an American, Canadian or Australian tourist, you'll be able to travel visa-free throughout the UK, providing you have a valid passport and your reason for visiting meets the immigration rules (link is external).
Citizens from some South American and Caribbean countries as well as Japan are also able to travel visa-free around the UK.
European Union citizens, non-EU member states of the EEA (Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland), Switzerland, and members of the Overseas Countries and Territories (OCT) do not need a visa to enter the UK.
If you have any further visa questions visit the official UK government website.

Prison Break - stag party Team Building experience in derbyshire
Best Stag Party we have had doing our team building package - Prison Break.
They was such good fun on a cold wet day and super quick too !!
This package consists of 7 challenging team building activities. You will need to use all of your senses, and being a team player is a must to complete this package.
Your team will need to break into a fake Alcatraz (set in a woodland) to rescue a team member that has been captured and break out again. Sounds easy? Only if you work together.
You will need to gain entry through the main fence which leads into marshland and clear the pathway to allow your team members to pass. One of your team members discovers an unexploded bomb, so you will need to transport this away from your path, carefully, as you do not need to alarm the guards of your existence!
Moving through the marshland you hit quicksand. Don't panic - keep your cool and move quickly. In the distance you see your fellow teammate who is trapped in a net. Work together to rescue them and head to the bridge which is a little dilapidated, to retrieve a map that an internal spy has left for you. The map tells you where the escape rendezvous point is... GOOD LUCK

The Story of Virtuality | Nostalgia Nerd
Ever since I laid eyes on these wondrous cyberpunk like machines in the 90s, I was captivated. Huge pod like booths, connected to massive, bright headsets seemed like the future; Virtual Reality seemed like the future. In a way it was, because W Industries and Virtuality created something pretty staggering for the 90s. Here was VR which worked, it was immersive and even better, it was affordable, meaning arcades, leisure centres and theme parks were quick to get their own pods installed. So join me on a personal quest of enthralment, as I look at the company and machines behind the original Virtual Reality boom of the 1990s.

Jessica Judd on turning her life around from Rio misery to enjoying athletics again
Many athletes talk about small steps. Gentle tinkering and gradual progress to greatness. That tends to be the plan.
For 1500m runner and Sky Academy Sports Scholar Jessica Judd over the last two months, it's been more of a step, step, bang, BANG.
A leg injury in the build-up to the biggest event of her career so far was the last thing she needed. It was last chance saloon at the Trials. Her legs turned to jelly with one lap to go, her head went to mush and any fading Olympics dream was in tatters.
The 21-year-old from Essex wanted to escape to a faraway beach. Instead, the flip-flops stayed in the cupboard, the spikes kept busy and she went back to basics by hooking back up with her coaching dad.
Tears gone, the smiles are back and she's dreaming again. Here are Jessica's thoughts on everything...
My world came crashing down at the Trials in Birmingham - a track where three years before I had broken two minutes for the first time in the 800m and won my first Diamond League. The difference between those two memories is ridiculous.
This time around, I stepped off the track, collected my things from the call-room and walked out by myself. I wasn't stopped by anyone. Trying to hold it together, the first people I saw were my boyfriend and dad, I found a quiet spot outside the stadium and just cried.
I think I knew things weren't right before the race. Two weeks out of action with a grade two hamstring tear, I had tried to get fit and fast. Training was OK leading up to the Trials, but nothing special. No session filled me with confidence. I was hoping it would all come together and everything would click in that one moment.
It wasn't until mid-way through the race I knew it wasn't going to happen. My legs felt heavy and my turnover was slow. All I could do was finish as high up as possible and that was eighth.
It wasn't what I wanted at all. Since 2011, I had made the top five. It was so far off what I was capable of.
To say I was disappointed would be a huge understatement. When I left that track, I didn't know what was going to happen. All I knew was that my Olympic dream was over.
That all now feels like a distant memory. It would have been easy to call off my season and go on holiday and put my feet up for a couple of weeks. My Dad and I sat after the Olympic Trials and decided we would carry on and see what I could do.
This year hadn't gone to plan and all that was left was to revert back to what we knew; back to when I was 17. My dad said he would set my sessions and we'd do the same as back then - train hard and race as much as I could and see what happened.
I was so grateful my dad wanted to take me on again. I went from being so disappointed to being so motivated to get back to somewhere near my best. We weren't sure if I could get there, but we'd give it a try...
This is where I am now. Doing the sessions with my dad is brilliant and I already feel like I'm running better and training harder and just moving better.
I'm still not where I want to be, but I'm getting there and going into every race with more confidence. Seeing my training times come down is fantastic and makes me feel I'm on the right path. I'm going to continue my season into September and go on holiday with my boyfriend before winter training.
The races I have done show I'm getting there. It was fantastic to win the England Championships in the 1500m at Bedford at the end of July. It felt like I was a totally different runner than at the Olympic Trials and that meant everything.
Just to run smoother and have a better technique meant the world. It was even better having my dad and boyfriend cheering me on and to come off the track with a gold medal was great. What a difference a couple of weeks had made!
I'm happy with where my head is now. I've had so much support from some great people and it's their help and advice I needed to keep my head up. I've got over this season and it's on to the next challenge.
I'm excited to run for England on August 17 at the inaugural Manchester International. I don't feel upset anymore, everything happens for a reason and obviously this season was meant to test me and see how I would cope.
I'm still not sure if I can get back to ever making British teams again, but all I know is I will work extremely hard and give it my all. I won't have any regrets.
I'm excited to watch the GB girls in the 800m and 1500m at Rio and see how the races are run, hoping one day I will experience that. For now though, I will continue to train as hard as I can and see where it takes me.
For the rest of the year, I'll continue studying in Loughborough with the hope of getting a first in my Human Biology degree! My boyfriend and I have even got our first pets together, two little rabbits called Bea and Bailey which keep me preoccupied when not training.
Although this year hasn't gone how I wanted it to, I've learnt so much and have moved on and I cannot wait to see where it gets me.

SUMMARY
=======
Warsaw (Polish: Warszawa [varˈʂava] (listen); see also other names) is the capital and largest city of Poland. The metropolis stands on the Vistula River in east-central Poland and its population is officially estimated at 1.765 million residents within a greater metropolitan area of 3.1 million residents, which makes Warsaw the 8th most-populous capital city in the European Union. The city limits cover 516.9 square kilometres (199.6 sq mi), while the metropolitan area covers 6,100.43 square kilometres (2,355.39 sq mi). Warsaw is an alpha global city, a major international tourist destination, and a significant cultural, political and economic hub. Its historical Old Town was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Once described as the Paris of the East, Warsaw was believed to be one of the most beautiful cities in the world until World War II. Bombed at the start of the German invasion in 1939, the city withstood a siege for which it was later awarded Poland's highest military decoration for heroism, the Virtuti Militari. Deportations of the Jewish population to concentration camps led to the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising in 1943 and the destruction of the Ghetto after a month of combat. A general Warsaw Uprising between August and October 1944 led to even greater devastation and systematic razing by the Germans in advance of the Vistula–Oder Offensive. Warsaw gained the new title of Phoenix City because of its extensive history and complete reconstruction after World War II, which had left over 85% of its buildings in ruins.Warsaw is one of Europe's most dynamic metropolitan cities. In 2012 the Economist Intelligence Unit ranked Warsaw as the 32nd most liveable city in the world. In 2017 the city came 4th in the Business-friendly category and 8th in Human capital and life style. It was also ranked as one of the most liveable cities in Central and Eastern Europe.
The city is a significant centre of research and development, Business process outsourcing, Information technology outsourcing, as well as of the Polish media industry. The Warsaw Stock Exchange is the largest and most important in Central and Eastern Europe. Frontex, the European Union agency for external border security as well as ODIHR, one of the principal institutions of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe have their headquarters in Warsaw. Together with Frankfurt, London and Paris, Warsaw is also one of the ...
