1556 W Impala Ave Mesa 85202 - Mesa AZ Home for Sale
1556 W Impala Ave Mesa AZ 85202 $217,500 4/2/2G
This is a Wonderful Family Home located in the East Valley Community of Park Place! This Community Features a Community Swimming Pool, along with many parks and tot lots. This 26 Year Owned Home (Same owner) never let anything go unattended. You'll note this upon entry, a very inviting Living Room, with a wood burning fireplace, vaulted ceiling with an adjoining Formal Dining Room. The kitchen has been very well taken care of and features some wonderful stainless steel appliances. The Kitchen features a breakfast bar and opens to the Family Room with an arcadia door leading outside to the covered patio. The back yard is irregular shaped (cul de sac lot) and features an additional patio, rose garden and extra slab work with mature landscaping and trees for added shade. The Roof and AC were
replaced in 2009 and 2004 (respectively). This home is unique in the simple fact, the master bedroom is located Downstairs! The other three bedrooms are all on the second floor. The secondary bedrooms are large in size, one has an opening so it can serve as a loft as well.
The Garage is Spacious and features a Water Softner System (this is being sold as-is, currently not working, but according to the home owner, it only needs one part to function again). Washer and Dryer Hookups are located just inside the home by the door entering the garage.
The front and back yards both have automatic drippers and sprinklers for all the plants and shrubs. There is a nice covered front porch, surround by mature landscaping to enjoy our cooler months.
This homes location is wonderful, close to the US60 and Loop 101 for quick travel times across the valley. Multiple Shopping Centers and Strip Malls located East and West of the community. A short drive to MCC Community College as well.

Global Water Dances 2017 - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA
Extensive water issues and history of the pond on Little Lake Drive include a chemical spill by Gilman industries. The spill containment needed the ground water and threatens the ecology of the pond.
The pond is on the cohousing community property, and the contamination is of serious concern to you all in the community. We invited elected officials and the public to our performance. We publicized the water and ecology concerns through conversations, Facebook, and spoken word component.
This performance features multiple groups. We taught the global dance first so audience members/dancers in the community could learn it right at the beginning. Next Megan Rose dancers shared her choreography. Then Arts in Motion campers performed their youth dance, which is inspired by the water cycle. People Dancing Company artists will perform a structured improvisation focusing on Michigan’s water issues, directed by company artist Apryl Pipe.
Choreographers:
Apryl Renee Pipe
Apryl is a dance artist and instructor who has come back home to Michigan after years of globe-trotting. While abroad, Apryl was an Executive Director of Bounce Theatre where she co-directed the Hounslow Youth Theatre and assisting them to present work in Connections, a theater festival organized by The National Theatre. Apryl received her M.F.A. in Dance and Technology from Arizona State University in 2004. She has co-founded two dance companies in San Francisco (Spinning Yarns Dance Collective and FLUX Dance Project). Apryls has taught dance and held residencies at Mesa Community College (Mesa, Arizona), College of San Mateo (San Mateo, California), Glendale Community College (Glendale, Arizona) and The Goose Route Dance Festival (Shepherdstown, West Virginia).

How To Keep Busy In The Garden During December
There are plenty of things to be doing in the garden during the month of December including checking houseplants for pests, bringing cactus plants indoors, picking seeds for the next gardening season, cleaning up around plants, pruning and training trees and continuing to water outdoor plants.
From the Southwest Yard & Garden series.
