Vermont Honda driver on I-89 blocks traffic. Hero or moron?
This Honda driver took it upon him/herself to block the left lane on I-89 far ahead of the closed right lane due to construction between Williston and Richmond, VT. They seemed to be doing this to force traffic to merge into the right lane far ahead of the closed lane. Hero or moron?
I saw them start this behavior several hundred feet before the Williston rest area. The only time I saw them moved forward, was in order to block anyone trying to get around them on the right.
